Airtel — wrong pack activated by airtel and now not rectifying | |||
I have requested airtel customer care on date on date 5.11.2017, 2:42 pm to activate rs. 448/- pack (Unlimited call + 70 gb net + 100 sms per day, duration 70 days) on my prepaid phone. But they have activated rs. 399 pack (Duration 28 days) without my confirmation. I have further requested on airtel call center to rectified my pack but they regretted. They informed that they are unable to change my pack Was this information helpful? | |||
