Airtel — wrong pack charged by customer care

My user id is [protected] and name is abhijeet singh i called ur customer care and told him to change my pack to value prime magic hd of 408 mumbai circle instead he started mega south pack of 477 which is in south circle and after i complain they are not willinh to help and telling me to wait for 1month why shld i bare mistake o[censored]r customer care pls look into matter and resolve as early as possible
