Airtel — wrong recharge done and half information provided by mobile service provider

Sir i was receiving messages of outgoing validity finish. And a message that recharge with 34 or more to extend that.
So i did so, but in return the validity extended for just one month and 100 mb data. They didn't informed in message that i am going to data pack instead of talk time which is usually expected. I don't need any data but talk time in place of that. I talked executive they said they can't do anything you must recharge with 35. Then why they sent such message to me to recharge 34.
Please convert the data pack to talk time. What ever extra amount needed (One or two rs.) deduct from my balance.
