[Resolved] Airtel — Wrongly charge value added service which i have not demand | |||
Hi, Myself : kirit a patel Moblie : [protected] Let me mention i always thought airtel is driven by professionals and they treat their customer nicely, But they had proved me wrong in every sense during last one month. All started when saw a bill of almost 1118, by sms on my moblie and thought that was a joke. My bill plan is myplan infinity 349_r Bill plan rental : rs 349 packs 1) 100mb 4g/3g data free, capping of 500, post data stop 2) 1gb 4g/3g data free_4g handset 3) 1gb 4g/3g data_6 months_mnp (Ret) 4) rs.200 rental discount_6 months_mnp_ret So i call customer care and ask them for what i have been charge, they said i have been charge for value added Which i have not use, one early morning i think on 9th or 10th march all the suddenly 4 to 5 sms came on my mobile Howing that some types of value added service are actived on my mobile, as i show the sms i call the customer care and Told them i have not demand any value service, i think that their will be recored with you when i have call, i told pls Top all the service which was worngly actived, they said me that it is deactived sir and it will not been charge. But when i recieved the bill they have charge me. All service which are added or charge are not eligible to me, this all Ervice are bojpuri song, etc. I am guj so i think this service are not for me. I am business man and i use this number for my business. You can see my all past bills it have not gone above rs.700, O i have call customer care many time regarding this, but they are not answering properly, the say that i have to pay The bill, but i said them i am ready to pay what i have use, i am not going to pay the value added service which i have Not use, they have charge me some rs.700 more. Which they are forcing me to pay, so unfortunate i have decied to go for Other company provider. O pls kindly settle my bill as soon as posible, and pls don't forcse me to go consumer court for legal againts airtel. And i am clear that i am not going to pay which i have not use.
