Airtel — wrongly charged data packet, poor customer service | |
Hi, Today (15 dec 2018) i called customer support and explained the issue.in my bill dated 27th nov for my mobile no [protected] i am charged rs 3000 for 3 seconds that my mobile was on roaming. I had already paid last month rs 4000 above and deactivated this roaming pack. In bill on nov again im charged roaming pack. I explained this to customer support today. He had plaaced the call on hold then conveyed to get his supervisor and put me on hold again. Then the call was simply disconnected. Kindly look into this matter and waive off rs 3000 for incorrectly charged me for data packet. I have already paid the remaining amount of rs 800 If you cannot help then plz disconnect i dont wish to go ahwd with airtel anymore. Plz reply by email as im on travel outside country.
