Airtel — wrongly deduction of account balance | |||
Sir My self Surya prakash .my Airtel Dth Id is [protected]. I make a monthly plan for 301 rupees.I recharged on 24 mar 19. And it's validity is upto 21/22 Apr 19.On 15Apr 19 I received a spam call regarding activation of miniplex HD channel which is totally refused by me.After sometimes I saw a message regarding activation of said channel .Immediately I contact to customer care and raised complaint regarding this issue. The customer care deactivated this channel soon and said your deducted balance will deposited soon. But on 17Apr 19 my TV suspended due to low balance.pls do help me in this regard...
