[Resolved]  Airtel — Wrongly Recharge of Airtel Prepaid due to Mistyping - No remedy from Airtel on query

I had done a recharge of Rs.500 for my prepaid mobile number [protected] on Oct 23. By mistake I typed [protected]. I posted a request online I realized it later and dropped request on Airtel website. The receipt was acknowledged with receipt number PR[protected] and response within 4 Hours to be provided was also communicated. However no response received till date. I also reached customer care of Airtel. Following is what happend Airtel customer care team: 1.Even upon selecting language as English in Tamil Nadu, the executive would speak in Tamil. On request again they speak in broken English with difficulty in communication 2. They said they cannot resolve the query and upon repeated request provided another number which was also of no use. 3. They asked to resolve it with customer recharged wrongly which obviously any person would say is my fault. I accept this is my fault. But as Company Airtel has no remedy for error. Plus customer care is extremely pathetic with no value to customer. Upon request atleast they can deduct from the other person's account and credit it to mine on confirming the details at both ends.
