[Resolved] Airtel — Wrongly Recharged for my airtel prepaid no at 499 | |||||
Hi, Am a part of airtel family for past 10 years. my and my wife, my father and mother having each postpaid and prepaid airtel nos. On 5/4/2017 at 11.30 PM i have recharged my airtel 499 on wrongly instead of to recharge my MTS datacard no. i connect the airtel executive on 6/4/2017 from 8.30 pm onwards, and i came to know that for 499, its international roaming for 1 days and that is going to expired on 6/4/2017 12 pm onwards. i informed to executive to change the plan . they told to not to revert back. they gave higher official to no to speak further. am try to connect [protected] with complaint reg no[protected]. i need my money back. or recharge 499 to my main balance of my airtel postpaid no or recharge any data plans. this my request, kindly revert back.
