I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I am facing with the Wynk Music service, which is included in my Airtel mobile subscription for my phone number. Despite having an active subscription that is valid until May 2025, I am unable to access the service as promised. The music streaming is not working on the app, as well as I am not able to use the download features.
In May 2024, I had opted for Airtel's ₹2, 999 prepaid plan which offered :
* Validity: 365 days (1 year)
* Data: 2GB per day
* Voice Calls: Unlimited local and STD calls
* SMS: 100 per day
* Additional Benefits: Access to Apollo 24|7 Circle, free HelloTunes, and a Wynk Music subscription
The inclusion of a Wynk Music subscription allowed me to enjoy ad-free music streaming, offline downloads, and access to exclusive content.
But as of now i am not able to use the benefits which was promised to me.
I have already attempted basic troubleshooting steps, including reinstalling the app and ensuring it is updated to the latest version. However, the issue persists.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide a resolution.
