Airtel is not refunding my 3004 rs which I have paid to Airtel payment bank for the activation of Xtream Fibre in my house ...But due to feasibility issue the request is cancelled from the Airtel end... Airtel has messaged me that the refund amount will be initiated soon but it has been 20 days ...they have not refunded my money ...Request was cancelled on 31st May and till now(19th june) no refund has been made ...I have mail them at [protected]@airtel.com but they have not replied even once ...
