Airtel — Xtreme Fibernet connect refund

I had requested for airtel xstream broadband connection and made the payment online.
I did not get any update and i got a SMS from airtel saying that the broadband connection is not available in my area and refund will be processed. It's been a week and i didn't receive refund and the sales person is also not responding regarding refund. Worst ever experience from airtel. If you don't have coverage then why sales person is making false promises and asking us to pay the amount. Holding our money in your account without any response and responsibilities. Will never take airtel connection in any form and will suggest everyone to do the same. Worst ever service provider.
