[Resolved]  Airtel — Yet to receive broadband refund

Initially i've requested for new airtel connection and paid rs.1000 in cash. After few days, it has been confirmed by airtel sales executive that connection cannot be provided in my area (Radheyshyam avenue raja kilpakkam). Hence raised an cancellation request for the refund of the amount rs.1000 which has been paid by me and i've uploaded the required details in airtelonlinerefund url. I am chasing the appellate team more than five months and also i have spoke more than 20 peoples in appelate team. But there is no use. Since, still the amount is not credited to my account.

This is pending more than 6 months. Please resolve this issue at the earliest. Since is no proper response from appellate team.
