Airtel — your authorised airtel distributor has demanded unofficial charges for sim upgradation

Dear service provider,
Your authorised distributor at karimnagar (Tower circle branch) has demanded me an unofficial charges of rs 125/- for upgrading of my sim card from 2g to 4g. Please take action against him and make him to pay my money back with penality. He is cheating the hundreds of customers this way everyday. Please take suitable action agains him as soon as possible.
