Airtel — Zero network at my home premises, 4 months of continuous harassment from Airtel customer relationship team.

I was a loyal customer of Airtel, a platinum customer and also opted for Airtel Black. They have not responded to any of my complaints and emails on network issues at my home in south Delhi. When I requested for port they asked for time to resolve the issues. After 3 months of continuous follow up and harrasment they haven't provided the resolution and are not asking for bill payment of 2 months when I've not used any of the services in last 4 months.
