Airtelindia — Non Provision of International Roaming facility [protected] | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I am (T.D.Thomson) Prepaid customer of Airtelindia and I have Paid Rs.997/- on 24/09/2015 vide Transaction ID[protected] for my USA trip through online payment. While I was crossing Abu Dabhi (Airport) on 29/09 early morning I was able to operate International Roaming facility. But once I landed in USA on 29/09/2015 I am not getting any Operator Response to enjoy international roaming for which I have paid Rs.997/- to Airtelindia. I am incurring heavy losses due to this inconvenience from Airtel Services. There is no provision of customer care contact numbers for consumers of Airtelindia who have been trapped in abroad after making payment for Internaitonal Roaming in India.
