No one from Nigam has visited to take reading but bill shows that reading has been taken as the reading mentioned in bill whereas the meter is not working since long which complain tried to note down through provided toll free but they harrsed very well and not helping out to resolve such issue I am surprised the way of working a government enterprises recommended to privitalize it as soon as possible to get better serive as did by reliance and tata in Maharastra.

We are facing very sever problem with regard to provided voltage of electricity, very low voltage electricity are provided, about 190 voltage, most of the time home appliances does not even work due to very low voltage.
