The bill amount is double as to regular bill amount. On complaining to local authorities they deny to listen and help. They keep declining to check or to do something in this regard....

I have been suffering with this problem from a long time. Due to some technical error my light bill went about 18000 and I registered complain about it but it didn't resolve from a long time and no any update from rseb office partapur . So resolve my problem as soon as possible...

No one from Nigam has visited to take reading but bill shows that reading has been taken as the reading mentioned in bill whereas the meter is not working since long which complain tried to note down through provided toll free but they harrsed very well and not helping out to resolve such issue I am surprised the way of working a government enterprises recommended to privitalize it as soon as possible to get better serive as did by reliance...

Hello, I stay in sagwara, dungarpur district, and I face electricity outage 70% of the time during a day. The most irritating thing is that it either goes during the middle of the day or in the night when it is most needed. It is an serious issue, please look forward into this matter....

In my area electricity cut 10 to 15 times.. in these days temperature is very high so how can we survive without electricity.. we are paying electricity bill on time. So why we suffer this problem.. right now 10:30pm and electricity is cut and the same problem from many days.

The wire is moving freely with strong wind and sparking happen many times and the birds are also died from past 1 year. If sir, you solve the problem than many Birds spread the beauty of nature. Suppose in rainy season anyone touch electcity pole than anything will happen with life. So sir please solve the problem.
