I had placed the above order on flipkart on above mentioned date for the following products as follows puma lazy slip on ii dp sneakers for ₹1, 729
And panasonic 80cm (32 inch) hd ready led tv for ₹9, 499 total was ₹11, 228.
However i cancelled the products before delivery could take place and flipkart initiated a refund for the same on 24th september on the date of cancellation of the ordered products and refunded on vendors account on 6th october as per flipkart however bajajfinserv is in denial stating that they have not received the entire amount later on they stated that they did get a partial refund for ₹9, 499
However did not get the amount for ₹1, 729 therefore i called up flipkart and reported the same incident as per bajaj finserv also forwarded them the statement provided by bajaj finserv reflecting the information on their end in reply to this mail flipkart reverted a mail with the details of the cancellation of the product with the order id and transaction id along which as follows transaction id is txn cs[protected] refund initiated on 24th september 2017 refund completed on october 6th 2017 this same information was forwarded to bajaj finserv however it seems they are hard o[censored]nderstanding english language keeps calling me stating they have not received the amount of ₹1, 729 even after sharing the details infact even i received a email on 19th september from bajaj finserv stating transaction for rrn[protected] is cancelled for amount of rs.11228/-in our system and same will be reflecting in statement of account within 7 to 10 working days despite this i received calls from their collections team stating they are yet to recover ₹1, 729 on the 3rd call from their corporate office i read out the entire email from bajaj finserv after which provided the payment reference number from flipkart as follows pzt[protected]nz0804 after which the concerned person is stating to shoot a mail to [protected]@bajajfinserv to stop the ecs request from their end on the 23rd which make me awestruck what kind of customer service or rather put it this way harassment is this after not getting any product from flipkart i am doing all this follow up with both parties spending my usefull time hence its my earnest request to take this case seriously and charge back on bajajfinserv for sending a ecs request to my bank account without cross checking their records correctly.

I am enclosing all the emails with reference to the above communications.

With reference to your previous mail i am forwarding further more information which has been forwarded from bajaj finserv with there statement stating they have not received the amount for the order of puma snickers amounting to 1729/- they are claiming they have only received the amount for panasonic 32"led tv which was 9499/-.

Kindly take a look into the same and provide a solution to this ongoing problem as this is killing my sibil score as this people are sending ecs request for the same to my account and which is going to charge me which i am not going to tolerate henceforth same time i am going to escalate the matter to consumer forum with all the proof of purchase and order cancellation and refund details from your end hoping that i get a valid response soon.
