Parcel sent from Sipcot, Ranipet on 27/07/2021 against LR No. : Q213009.
Here we paid and sent parcel to Tambaram.
We are not informed that, we need to go and collect from office.
When we called them and ask after 2 days, they said parcel reached, come and collect.
We asked for home delivery, they demand for Rs.150, for home delivery. Receiver informed it's already paid by sender. They said parcel sent on office to office basis and not for home delivery.
Thereafter we checked at Sipcot office, They said they need to pay and get parcel, if it's for home delivery.
Thereafter we agreed to pay but until now parcel not delivered.
Can you please check and revert back on priority.
We want to know whether they can deliver or ask them to return, we'll send through other parcel service.

Please refer to our delivery branch Agent's (Tambaram) discussion a short while ago regarding converting the "Office Delivery" booked parcel into "Door Delivery". Kindly pay the DD charges to our person at the time of delivery as it was booked on "Consignee Collect" basis by the consignor at Ranipet and the DD amount was also not reflected in LR.
