Dear Sir
we had received material from Kochi (powermech control & safety vide LR NO Q758529 in which weight of the product mentioned was 100 KGS but in actual weight of the product was approx 20 kgs and charge was 1548.90 but in actual charges would be 15.50x20=310.00 + door delivery charge of around 30 to 40.00 rupees since door delivery location approx 100 to 150 m only but instead was charged at 400.00 rupees, we had conveyed the same to your marketing agent
Hence forth we request you to kindly refund 1240+360 =1600.00 at the earliest and oblige .
knowing the reputation of your company we had asked our client to book in your logistic otherwise, we expect immediate and appropriate response from your end at the earliest

    I have booked a parcel of garments on 11th oct 2021 at Erode futuremart and received the damaged parcel of garments today only(15.10.2021). I discovered that some garment packages had been opened, as well as two missing boxes valued Rs. 1200 INR. I received the goods from the Viluppuram branch of the old bus stand, and the representative from that branch mistreated me and was utterly irresponsible, refusing to respond to my questions.         Ledtv 50" booked from harur to krishnagiri by office delivery note was received in damaged condition.

        We were dealing with your transport service from past couple of years but never expected such a careless mishandling of valuable products.

              Dear AKR team,

              Parcel sent from Sipcot, Ranipet on 27/07/2021 against LR No. : Q213009.

              Here we paid and sent parcel to Tambaram.

              We are not informed that, we need to go and collect from office.

              When we called them and ask after 2 days, they said parcel reached, come and collect.

              We asked for home delivery, they demand for Rs.150, for home delivery. Receiver informed it's already paid by sender. They said parcel sent on office to office basis and not for home delivery.

              Thereafter we checked at Sipcot office, They said they need to pay and get parcel, if it's for home delivery.

              Thereafter we agreed to pay but until now parcel not delivered.

              Can you please check and revert back on priority.

              We want to know whether they can deliver or ask them to return, we'll send through other parcel service.

              Please refer to our delivery branch Agent's (Tambaram) discussion a short while ago regarding converting the "Office Delivery" booked parcel into "Door Delivery". Kindly pay the DD charges to our person at the time of delivery as it was booked on "Consignee Collect" basis by the consignor at Ranipet and the DD amount was also not reflected in LR.                 Wrong Bill made and Snatched double the cost

                Hi, My dad couriered a bycycle thru your parcel service from Aruppukottai to Kanchipuram. One of your Staff put bill (bill attached no. Q130437) as 40kg at Rs.1032 which is more than double the time.

                When we enquiried about this, we did receive poor response from them.

                Kindly check and do the needful for our reimbursement of extra charges....

                Hi ...a day before I sent parcel from chennai to tuticorin ... I mentioned address also clearly but unfortunately parcel was sent to wrong address even i don't know where is the parcel now😢😢😢...please check and Q191622 let me know.

                Note : The consignor has stricked the name Tuticorin in bill and mentioned it as Pudukottai.

                  I sent parcel on day before and mentioned address also clearly .AS it is tuticorin but unfortunately parcel was sent to wrong address now i think parcel is on Puthukottai 😢😢please check and let me know... It was a gift for my sister son please check

                          i am raj from salem gugai .Here gugai branch booking agent treated to very angry all customers .He always told after 7.30 pm he said go to old bus stand branch &said very roughly. He spoiled akr express name so many party's go to another transport .So please arrenge any alternate

                            The branch has told, it was collected for demurrage for not taken delivery 15 days. Hence, please inform the consignee to take delivery within that time after arrival of goods.

                                Very worst service, I'll give minus10 rating out of 10

                                Always delay in commitment, and behaviour of warehouse keeper also bad and lethargic, there is fake tracking system which doesn't even work, customer care number also not in use, it's total crap 👎...

                                  Recently I have transferred maniequime from Chennai to Nagercoil..
                                  While sending parcel it was good condition because I was there while transfer the item and I have video proof also ..
                                  But while receiving parcel with lot of damage and can't be reusable ..cost of the mannequin is 7k..we paid 1700rs for delivery charge..

                                    I have booked my bike on 02/12/2020 from Tirupathi to Bangalore, as they said it going to deliver by 04/12/2020 but still no update from them. When I called the vendor they said we haven't shipped yet. Now, they are saying some other reasons for delaying.
