From sulur I had booked one roll of HDPE pipes to my customer.the pipe was found damaged as akr coolies have damaged the hose by using metal hooks.
Now the customer has refused to accept the hose and asking for replacement

This service its too worst service. Because commitment also delay and customers behaviour also worst. Its a waste of service company. Because in this service fail of my future... reason one parcel shifted ambur to bangalore its taken around 5days...

Tracking number O640888 dated 10th Oct 2020 from Madurai to Manaparai is still not reached Manaparai...

Can we have defined time line for the same..

Your employee behavior like weird am not expecting this kind of behavior from akr. Place - akr parcel service near to race course, chennai, tamilnadu. Thought that one person is head of that place. Take immediate action also he refused to give my parcel

M/s. Sree hi tech refrigeration and electricals (Krr) booked a parcel vide your lr no:k876615 dt:13.10.18. Our staff received the parcel during lunch time and out of total 12nos copper coils three was missing. We reported the same to your trichy office and they said they delivered the materials as received from karur office so we request you to look in to the complaint and take necessary steps to deliver the short supply of three copper coils

A parcel was sent from chennai to sivagangai on 13th october 2018 and it reached maduurai tr on 15th october evening 6pm. Now the madurai tr person is telling that the goods will be delivered on 17th october. They are taking two days to deliver from madurai to sivagangai. I am un satisfied with the service provided by akr. Worst service. Parcel no is k946128.

Booked from chennai to chittore on saturday. Tracking done it shows something loke its in vellore tr. I contacted customer care number and some one speaking very harsh that it will happen delivery only by tomorrow. Asking reason they are screaming like am their servent. Really frustrated service.

Dear sir,

This mail is with reference to the consignment sent from us from chennai to bangalore. The product was a domestic ro machine which we specified during billing, the product is damaged when received in bangalore. The cost of product cost is rs.7000 and the damaged outer body is rs.4000. We have complained in both place i. E chennai as well as bangalore but not got proper response.
Please do the need full asap. Attached are the machine photos before and after packing.

I have received my stocks from AKR parcel service branch virudhachalam -606001...by the following booking numbers H397129. H691597. and they didn't give any receipt for me then I get booking number after the request only..my stocks boxes are in opened condition somebody opened and sealed with local sticker my company sealed are broken by someone... I was thinking AKR parcel is good to send parcel now it is very doubtful... thank you...your office address...

My father has sent a bed in akr parcel service on 05th oct 2016. Almost one week has gone and the parcel has not been delivered to my resident address. The response of this parcel service is very worst, as they are not providing any details or info about the package. Also, inquiring i came to know that they are sending the package to branch to branch. I. E, saturday 8th oct, the package was in guindy office and while asking on 11th oct, the package has been sent to poonamalle office without any reason. Now (12th oct) they are saying the package will be send to perungudi office.

I sent my two wheeler in parcel service (akr parcel service) from tiruchengode to chennai, guindy on 4th august 2010 and they informed me that i can collect the two wheelerr on 5th august 2010 in guindy office but on 5th august 2010 they didnt bring the parcel from the main office which is in maduraivayil chennai. they said they will bring it tomorrow. on the next day (6th august2010) i called to both the offices (akr, guindy & akr main office, maduraivayil) and in the main office they confirmed me that i can take my two wheeler by 2pm (6th august 2010). so i went to guindy office to collect the same but my two wheeler is not there and they said its still in main office. i called them and they said they will deliver on 7th august 2010. after some time they are shouting what you will do and all. i really feel depressed when hearing that. that too after getting that much money they are handling the customers like nothing. i really hurts me and at the same time i am getting permission from my office to reach the place to get my two wheeler. i feel this should not happen to one in the world. we must take proper action against them so that we can avoid these situations to others.
I have the proof for the booking and delivery. when its needed i am ready to produce it.
