I bought Alcatel Onetouch Idol X+mobile from Flipkart on before 9 months back. I have updated my mobile version and after that my mobile got switched OFF and then i am searching for service center in chennai and i visited more than 3 center in chennai as per the alcatel service center and also i sent mail to alcatel india mail id (customer.care.[protected]@alcatelonetouch.com) But still now i didint got any response from them it was more than 20 Days (My contact info:[protected]@gmail.com)

    I have been applied for PF withdrawal claim by submitting form-10C. On 1st July I received SMS from EPFO that "Form-10C claim withdrawal has been rejected and rejection letter is under dispatch/dispatched". Its more than month now but still i have not received rejection letter.

    Please check and confirm on the same.

      Dear Sir I had bought the above mentioned set on 25/06/2015 from flipkart for rs 7999 .Unfortunately its scren glass broke. I took the set to Alcatels authorised service centre in Kolkata M/S Anand &Co who expressed their inability to solve the problem and asked me to go to M/S CAPITOL ELECTRONICS ULTADANGA ( who are not the authorised service centre., which I learnt later) After three visits to the shop they told that they do not have the necessary spares and they have to send the set to CHENNAI for repairs and i have to pay Rs 5200 plus courier charges to and fro fro Chennai and it will take about a month. Sir .I have bought the set for rs 7999 and now i will have to fork out further the same amount. It seems that I have done a gross sin by purchasing this product going by the reputation of Alcatel One Touch Flash and Flipkarts. I wrote to both Alcatel One Touch Flash customer centre and Flipkart escalations and their customer service center but received answers from them that they cannot do anything Sir, my complaint is that 1) Are Alcatel One Touch Flash and Flipkart both not fleecing the customer by proving the name of a service center who has no infrastructure to provide service for your product? Is it not a violation of their offer document? 2) Are they both not fleecing the customers by charging more than Rs 5200 for a set whose selling price is Rs 7999 ?         Hi friends, Don't buy any Alcatel Mobile brand. I bought Alcatel onetouch flash on January 2015, 4 months no problem. End of the may i got problem I given my mobile to Sri Sai Cell (Bangalore), They checked and said to me its a physical damage of SD card slot. I said to them i didn't do anything and also often restarting mobile automatically. but they asked Rs.1650/-. Whatever I told to them they didn't listen my words and again again they asked money only. So what's going on the SRI SAI CELL service center. It seems they are making money to all customers. I got frustrated and came out. This is the way of treating the customer. You spoil your name and you failed because we trusted Alcatel Mobile First inserted SD card in the slot that's it after that I didn't touch the SD card slot. They simply said its physical damaged. They need money then only they will check

          This phone with Serial No "8020D - 2AVPIN1 - B1" has developed a major problem today Feb 8th, 2015 with no prior warning. It was working great since Jan 1st which is when I started using it (received the item on Dec 27, 2014). The Bluetooth Sidekick got disconnected from the main phone. When I checked the main phone, the screen was unresponsive and not responding to touches. I rebooted the phone as this usually resolves such problem on Android phones. However, the phone would not start up. I tried holding the power button continuously for 5-10 seconds but it refuses to start up. It is just continued to be dead. As per the Warranty Certificate, I raised a repair claim and handed over the mobile phone to the local authorized service center (Compac Teleservices, Bangalore) on Feb 18, 2015 with a work order "SALKT391SC269". The service center called me on Mar 13, 2015 (nearly a month after giving it for repair) saying that they have replaced the motherboard of the phone and that the problem is fixed. However, when I connected the Bluetooth accessory to the phone, the phone rebooted again after a day's usage. The problem continues to exist even today. There seems to be a fundamental technical issue with the phone and its accessory. I have written numerous email to Alcatel Customer Care but their response has been poor. Even when they do respond, they mention "escalated to senior management" and it goes quiet until I write another email. Overall experience of this mobile device and its accessory has been poor since the time I've bought it. Please help me get a full refund for this phone as it is still under the 1-year Guarantee which is valid till 25-Dec-2015. Purchase Date: 26-Dec-2014; Purchase Price: Rs. 21, 527.00; Purchased From: eBay.in; Received: 27-Dec-2014; Using from: 1-Jan-2015; Went dead 1st time: 8-Feb-2015; Returned after repair: 13-Mar-2015; Problem restarted: 14-Mar-2015; Current status: problem persists.

                      Sir, i had purchased a handset i.e Alcatel4030D Aurus II on 26/04/2013. a fault had occoured after three days of purchase.                           I Nitesh Singh purchased Alcatel OT806D Mobile as on dated 12/02/2012 with one year company warranty. after 5 months My Mobile Phone's touch

                            I HAVE BOUGHT THE ALCATEL CDMA MOBILE PHONE IN MARCH, 2012. NOW ITS BEEN ONLY 9 MONTHS AND THE HANDSET IS STARTING GIVING ME THE TRUBLE . WE TRIED TO CONTACT THE SERVICE PROVIDERS BY TAKING PH NO. FROM GOOGLE BT ITS AL IN VAIN. EVER1 SAYS THAT WE CANNOT REPAIR THE ALCATEL MOBILE ANYMORE. EVEN WE CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE OF ALCATEL BUT I AM SURPRISED TO SAY THAT THEY ARE EVEN MORE RUDE AND IRRESPONSIBLE TO THEIR DUTIES. THEY MISGUID US AND TALKED REALLY RUDE TO US.
                            SINCE OUR ALCATEL HANDSET IS IN WARRENTY PERIOD, ITS REALLY SHAMEFUL AND PITTY THING. I HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS KIND OF HARRESMENT IN MY LIFE TILL NOW.

When i Call there service center they give me the only reason that the company has not send them the courier of the part they have to repair.                                     I have purchased a mobile phone of Alcatel from Bharti Wallmart(Best Price) in jammu on 27/11/2011.The IMEI No of the phone is [protected] and the model no is OT-802Y.The phone had some problem with the ear speaker so i went to Bharti Wallmart and they asked me to give the mobile phone for repairing to the service center of Alcatel situated in Gandhi Nagar by the name of Mobile Care.i gave my phone on 28/01/2012 and they told me that i would get my phone back in 5 days.Today it has been more then 15 days but they are still bluffing me with silly excuses.sometimes they say they are waiting for some courier to come and sometimes they say that i will get it by evening but when i call in the evening they ask me to en-quire next morning.i am facing problem because of my phone and am really feeling harrased.The phone number of service center(Mobile Care) is[protected] and the lady who picks up the phone has always got some excuse to make.
                                    i very humbly request you to take some step/action so that i get my phone back.i would really be obliged by your help and please help me as soon as possible.

                                      I buy a multimedia mobile handset(ALCATEL OT-710D) from kaushambi ghaziabad EDM MALL ON 10-AUG-2011 bill number-[protected].Which is not working properly .not only game but third party application is also not working.So i go to service centre laxmi nagar but they behave rudely so i wont submit my phone their and directly go to(ICE3 SEC 16 NOIDA) partner company of alcatel to repair my mobile but still i m facing problem.i go to the company 3-4 times but at last one of his executive told me you can buy a new mobile and sell your mobile in cheap rate in market .they are not refunding any single penny.not only me all the people who buy this suffering from this mobile phone .neither they refund money nor they repair it properly.so what can i do???i need your help to look into the matter ASAP.
                                      so please do the needful .
