I bought Alcatel Onetouch Idol X+mobile from Flipkart on before 9 months back. I have updated my mobile version and after that my mobile got switched OFF and then i am searching for service center in chennai and i visited more than 3 center in chennai as per the alcatel service center and also i sent mail to alcatel india mail id (customer.care.[protected]@alcatelonetouch.com) But still now i didint got any response from them it was more than...

I have been applied for PF withdrawal claim by submitting form-10C. On 1st July I received SMS from EPFO that "Form-10C claim withdrawal has been rejected and rejection letter is under dispatch/dispatched". Its more than month now but still i have not received rejection letter.

Please check and confirm on the same.

Sir, i had purchased a handset i.e Alcatel4030D Aurus II on 26/04/2013. a fault had occoured after three days of purchase. I consulted service center on 01/05/2013 for my issue, they submitted my handset and told for repairing it even it is in seven days replacement warrenty. till its around a month i havent recieved my handset.

I Nitesh Singh purchased Alcatel OT806D Mobile as on dated 12/02/2012 with one year company warranty. after 5 months My Mobile Phone's touch
(Alcatel OT806D ) was not working and i given to alcatel service center for repairing and replacement of Touch paid on dated 20/07/2012 but till date my phone is not ready for use and every time i call for my mobile phone touch paid they always answer after 1 week...
