Alcatel Lucent ( French-USA MNC) situated at sector -18 Gurgaon and DTDC are business partners of last 7 yeras. For last one year there is detoriation of services of Gurgaon Team. They don't respond our calls, mails and letters. Even they don't pick our phones also.

Specially, Very poor response of Roop D Srivatava (ARM-Gurgaon) cell no [protected]. Never response or listens our complaints. How this person is looking after such a high responsibility. Not understandable. Never respond of my mails.

Another person Ms. Jayshree ([protected]) response is also not good. Talks in very arrogant manner with customer.

Sir, please look into this as every time we have to send request and send lot of reminders to them for execution of work.

Our one shipment is held up at GGN office and not releasing yet.

Dear sir,

my name is Minaz Nagani. my complain against Ice Mobile Co.'s officers. they cheated us.
they offered us for distributership of Alcatel Mobile Handsets, & get 5,00,000 Rs. from us but they give us the Handsets on retail prise & the co. do not support us in sales as they offer us. the officers of the co.'s names are Mr. Praminder Pandy, Amit Sharma & Rajesh Shukla. they did not give us any contract letter as they said . please help us as we are cheated by these officers and we have no way.

alcatel co. ke officers ne hamare sath Rs. 500000/- ka froad kiya he. un logo ne apni co. ki distributorship dene ke liye hamare pas se Rs. 5 lac ka RTGS karvaya,do dino me mobiles ki deliverey dedi lekin contract letter nahi diya. Co. ka West Zone ka head hamari shop pe aya tha jisne hame co. ke 3 executive ko dealer banane or business Rajkot me badhane ke liye rakhene ka bola tha, lekin usne sirf 1 executive ko bheja jo hamare kuch paise or phones chura ke le gaya . jab co. ke gujarat head Praminder Pande ko bataya to usne thik se reply nahi diya. ab hamare pas ab mobile phones pade he but co. ne usko bechne ke liye na koi help ki, na thik se jawab diya, Parminder Pande ko call kiya ke co. apne sare mobiles wapis le le, tub wo phone par galiya dete he, thik se jawab nahi deta.

Hi Sir,

i had bought the alcatel mobile on 6-mar-01 model number oT710. After the phone i was facing little bit of problem it's touch at last i submitted my cell to local service center . they informed me that they will return my cell in a week time as they will need a touch , and they will order it from company.

i have submitted my cell on 07-may-10 and now it,s 30-may . they continously ignoring my call and reverting it will be done tommrrow.

Now plz you sugggesst what feed back will i take from this type service from alcatel authorized service center

On nov. 2009 i applied for hdfc bank credit card in year 2005, and card expired 2008 and card is invailied but I never use it and I have receive NOC. and after that I apply new card year 2011,presently iam using it .on behalf of my account come offer personal loan, and applied it and quote ref. no.18129604 ,and personal loan rejected because my name entered civil list. Personal loan department. Says that reason is credit card.plz sir can you suggest me what to do next?

In Dec-2009 I applied for resignation and as informed by HR-Mr.Giridhar as per the company norms after completing 1 month notice period my resignation was accepted and I was relieved. Ref my relieving letter dated: Jan 4th 2010.
Two weeks back I asked HR Mr.Giridhar for my FF, Experience letter & PF that time he told notice period is not one month its two month so you have to pay around 22,000 rupees to company then only next step will happen from management. I ask to giri then why you are telling one month notice period at the time of resignation he said that time management didn’t said any thing to him so he does not know about notice period. This is the statement from HR Giri.
So it’s purely HR Mr.Giridhar & management mistake only then why I will pay 22,000 rupees to company.
Kindly request to process my FF, Experience letter & PF.
Please confirm my Airtel PF is transferred to alcatel or not if not transferred when it will be happened. Who is the contact person for all these process

After Sending this mail to Mr.harish(HR) has accept the notice period is one month only & he said he will process your things.But till date nothing happen from alcatel-lucent HR Side.
My New company will ask the Experience Certiificate & i have one 3 years kid i have totally six years experience so i am planning to withdraw my PF in that PF its useful for my children education but this company will not at all helpping for old empolyess.So i want to register complaint against Alcatel Lucent Company.This is trully Company issue so i want compansation amount from alcatel.
I want my money asap & this is not for me alone this will happen for every empolyee who are all resigned from the company.

I applied a new postpaid connection([protected]) with all required documents. I got sim card but unfortunately i loss my sim card. I talk to Mr.Aman([protected]).He told he will provide me another sim card with same No. but he says that there is need of your documents again. But I am not agree so Now Please accept my request, till now I did use my No. So Please Close my Postpaid account

Myself Sahadeb , applied for PAN card on Sep 2007. But by enquiry I about to know that, my PAN card was delivered but I have not received my pan card till today. You have given me PAN no as BQMPS8386J but I have not received my pan card till today. So please issued me pan card at the earliest on my address mentioned in application as below:-
