Ali Express — im not getting my refund. and seller has sent me the parcel via free shipping still i paid 20 dollar

Well first of all im. Not getting my refunds back its been done with me for like third time and when i spoke to tour customer servant she commited to email but i didnt get any.
Secondly i ordered a kids tent of 36 dollars with free shipping but then when i got my parcel here i got to know that its been shipped via paid shipment and i had to pay 20 dollar more
