Ali Express — product still undelivered after 2 months

I ordered a product from seller on aliexpress but now it has been stuck in "kolkata air foreign rlo building" and i have not received the product yet. India post is also not providing any help even though it is a registered post.
I really want my product delivered to my house in srinagar, jammu & kashmir, india
My address is - house no. 13, hill view colony, heevan lane, rangreth, sanat nagar post office, opposite family mart
Kindly look into the issue as soon as possible.
Its an urgent request.
