The amount has already been deducted from the account but it is yet not proceeding, it is showing 'a payment has already been initiated for the same reference number. I am facing the same issue. All the nearby centres are being occupied. What to do ? Please help. Helpline numbers of AIIMS or the 24*7 SBI customer support team are not responding at any of their numbers.

Respected authority, I have incurred a total loss of Rs. 3044 in the fee payment procedure. Kindly refund this amount as soon as possible as I need to carry on with the process. The site still reads 'fees not payed' despite having tried TWICE.

Respected sir, I was filling aiims application form on 12th Feb 2018. At step 2, I made the payment of ₹ 1500 and got message from bank that transaction was successful. but site was showing "A payment has already been initiated for the same reference number . Your request cannot be processed ".I received transaction message from SBI bank. when I again logged in dashboard was showing payment incomplete. Sir I have not got refund of my money. I am not able to proceed further and complete the application form. Sir kindly look into this matter as soon as possible and refund my money. Seats from my city are filling up very faster.
