I paid a second time with an HDFC visa card and payment was accepted after a few hours. I used to the first link to pay.

This is to bring to your kind notice that I (Dr. Mansi Rathore) has applied for INICET (Registration ID: P[protected]) and has made the payment on 3rd April, 2021 of amount 2000 from the ICICI Bank Account. But my status of payment is not yet updated due to which I am unable to complete the procedure.
I have tried to convey information through mails but no response as well as number mentioned on website related to payment issues is always switched off.
There is no problem resolving unit.
