My student ID is :P[protected]. I have made my first payment on 26th March at 9:27 pm. Money was debited but transaction was not processed. I have been continuously calling the helpline numbers, they have not been received on multiple occasions. I have also been sending emails, and getting no response to them either. Finally, on 3rd April at 1:51pm I made another payment. That too was not processed and money was debited. I have been making calls and emailing then since then, without any response. This is a issue that needs urgent resolution. any help regarding the same will be greatly appreciated. Thanking you.
