I paid for inicet 2021 july session on 2nd april via net banking...there was no payment completion even after 24 hours...then I paid via upi on 3rd of april and still no response after 48 hrs..both the transaction amount is already deducted from my account...pls help

      SIR
      I was applying for INICET 2021.while doing my payment for the exam, the amount was deducted from my account, but I have done payment thrice through QR scan for help desk, but in my account there is no evidence of my payment and I couldn't proceed for next step of selection for choice of my city, this dated on 5th april 2021 4.00pm.

                  My student ID is :P[protected]. I have made my first payment on 26th March at 9:27 pm. Money was debited but transaction was not processed. I have been continuously calling the helpline numbers, they have not been received on multiple occasions. I have also been sending emails, and getting no response to them either. Finally, on 3rd April at 1:51pm I made another payment. That too was not processed and money was debited. I have been making calls and emailing then since then, without any response. This is a issue that needs urgent resolution. any help regarding the same will be greatly appreciated. Thanking you.

                                    I made my payment to BILLDESK after scanning the QR code as provided in the INI CET form fillup, following which Rs. 2000/- was deducted and the payment was shown as completed. However the application form still posts the application status as payment incomplete. Kindly help in resolving the issue.
