On AIIMS website there is email and phone number both are given for resolving student's issue. But whenever we make call, they never pick the call. Upon sending email also, there is no reply. If this is the attitude, what is need to show off about toll free number or helpdesk?
such behavior should be brought into notice of higher authorities and persons behind the help desk, who show their deaf attitude should reply to this. I have made like 100's of call through different number. they never pick.
