This is himanshu singh, an aiims 2019 aspirant (Registration id: u[protected]). On 22nd february 2019, i had paid the fee for the registration, the amount was deducted from my account but it was not updated on the website at that time. Since the number of seats at my preferred location (Varanasi - uttar pradesh) was decreasing rapidly, and so i paid again assuming the previous transaction was not successful and i’ll get my money back. But i haven’t got my amount back. I have attached the screenshot of my account statement of the day.
I request you to please help me in the same to get my rs. 1500 back.

    I have made the payment of Rs1500 from my sbi account, but i could not proceed to further steps as the website shows that i have not done the payment.
    But, when i try to pay again from other gateways also a message comes as, "a payment has already been initiated for the same reference number. Your request cannot be processed." please look into the matter as i cant do any further steps on the application now and the final registration has been closed.

      Sir,
      This is to bring to your notice that i have applied for the aiims 2019 exam and my registration id is u[protected], name shreyan biswas. I made the payment of which was successful and my bank account was debited. Yet the aiims site is showing that the payment has not been made. When i am going to make the payment again, a message is coming as below:
      "a payment has already been intiated for the same reference number. Your request cannot be processed."
      It would be most kind of you to look into the matter urgently so that i can complete the application and get the centre of my choice.
      I cannot proceed until and unless the payment is accepted.
      I have tried several numbers that have been provided without any success. I have even sent a mail to 'aiims. [protected]@gmail.com' but have not received any reply as yet.
      Kindly help me as i am worried and cannot concentrate on my studies. My gmail id is:

        To whoever concerned.. Respected sir, i had done fee payment of aiims twice.. And 3000 rs was deducted from my account. But final payment is not done and it shows error 405.i cannot proceed to select my city choice and hence complete final registrstion. I am really worried that I would be able to write the exam... I called all helpline no. And even mailed aiims authorities... But I couldn't get a reply... Please help. Me... I don't know what to do... I have been preparing for 2 yrs for this exam... Please help me as soon as u can.

            I was registering for aiims 2019 through payment option 2. Otp was given page went refreshing and money was deducted from my account. But the Registration wasn't successful. I had to pay by payment 1 again following which message had come saying that money has been deducted from my account twice. Kindly do the needful

                I have applied for final registration of aiims mbbs 2019 on 22 february. I paid two time by different debit cards but portal shows not done. After six hours my first deducyion was succeeded. But my second deduction fee has not returened till 16 march 2019.

                    Please request you to extend the date of the final registration aiims 2019 application
                    At was last movement we had faced some issues to complete the form especially payment issues.

                    So i request you to please extend the date so that who missed the submit final registration they will get some oppertunity.

                    Any way exam scheduled may 25, so we have 2 months time in the middle.
                    So i request you to aiims exam team, please extend the date to the people who will have opertunity.

                    This time introduced 3 step process like basic registration, unique code generation and then final registration.

                    Please extend dead line to complete the final process atleast.

                      During the final payment for aiims-2019 registration, i did the payment. However, the fee got deducted but payment was still unsuccessful. So, i did the payment again. This time it got succesful. So, the payment had been done twice by me. I've been trying to contact aiims educational helpline for the refund but nobody picks the call. So, i request you to refund my payment of rs 1200.

                            Sir, i am naveen chowdary idid not done my final registration because i lost 3000 rupees during transactation to aiims it was pending and final registration did not completed for me please accept my request as citizen and student and extend time to complete final registration note : no one is lifting phone to our complaint please solve students problems sir

                            Aiims Institute deducted my aiims(ug) fees for two times.For the first time it was not showing that my fees is confirmed that's why I did it for the second time.
                            Kindly take some action against this. As I can see many complaints are agaist the same issue so please do correcrion fast.

                              Sir/mam,
                              A week ago, i had applied for final registration of aiims exams. I completed the payment set up but the website showed thatthe payment was incomplete due to server problem.

                              Regarding this, i complained the website and also checked other links. All of them showed that it will take a little more time to complete the payment.

                              So, i checked the websites everyday, but everytime it showed the same problem again. But when i got my payment setup completed the website showed that registration is closed.

                              Right now i have no idea that how to cope with that problem as i had waited for this exam whole year and now this is the whole result of all the preparation.

                              So it is requested to you that please please help me cope with this problem. My payment is all done and only few steps are pending (I believe you know the reason now) and i waited to attempt this exam for the whole year. Plzz help me!!

                                Respected sir/ma'am,
                                I Saniya janabandhu would like to bring to your notice that, I applied for AIIMS basic registration, registration ID [U[protected]] and during final registration of AIIMS I paid Rs1200 on 12th march 2019 and amount was deducted from my bank account on the same day at 4:44pm.
                                Still my form shows that the payment procedures are incomplete and 'REGISTRATION IS CLOSED' and registration site was closed on 4:45pm before the given time I.e. 5pm. Site was shut down just after a minute of transaction.

                                Even i received message from bank that Rs1200 has been deducted on 4:44pm. I am worried about my transaction and even i want to apply for examination Aiims2019. But when I login registration page it shows that last 3 procedures are incomplete even if it is completed and amount is paid.
                                I request you to take some action on this issue.

                                  I have applied for aiims mbbs entrance and paid the fees online on 25th of february. But i’m not able to login now. The money is also debited from my account.

                                  Kindly revert back with a solution. Also, i didn’t receive the payment confirmation from aiims. Also, i couldn’t initiate the payment again.

                                  Its march 13 and the registration is also over

                                  It is very important that the candidate appears for the exam. Help from your side would be appreciated. Failing to appear for the exam due to some technical glitch from aiims end is not acceptable. I’ll solemnly go to public through media and file a case in consumer rights if this issue is not solved.

                                      Sir i paid for the fee of registeration which wad not paid for the 1st time and the status was showing it not successful so i tried again with some other number and then the fee was paid but the 1st time amount was deducted from my account and the on the same day i filed the comlaint here only and the aiims officials called me and told me that the money will be refunded within 15 days but i have still not got the refund of the money i have paid twice while fee payment for aiims 2019. I have attached the screenshot of the same as a proof of payment

                                      Its been 16 days and still i have not got my money back and it was told that money will be refunded within 15 days so do the required as soon as possible otherwise some other step would be taken as i am calling them again and again and no one is picking up the call and no one is replying to the mails and these things are truly showing the irresponsibility on the part of the highly priviledged institution.
                                      The account from which the payment was made and reference number are clearly written in the given attachment. So i will feel obliged if you do the needful within 1 or 2 days as i am in a great need of money.

                                        I have made the payment but there is no confirmation notice for that. I tried calling their helpline number but there was no reply. I tried calling them hundred of times but no reply. Please do something about this else it will be no difficult for me to reach the consumer rights office for the same. I have transaction proof as i have transaction number so please do something about it
