Respected sir/madam,

When i was filling the application form of aiims 2019 then at the payment step i made the payment from sbi debit card of rs.1500 and got the message from the bank that the transaction was successful but the site soon showed the error message and it got closed.
The first transaction message shows at 10:08 on 25/02/2019

When i made the payment from other bank debit card again then the amount of rs. 1500 was again deducted from my account and the amount which was deducted earlier was not refunded back.

The second transaction message shows at 02:15 on 26/02/2019

So it's a humble request please refund my money as soon as possible.

    While doing aiims final registration, the 5th step is of making fee payment of rs 1500. I have made the payment through sbi payment option through debit card and it has been deducted from my account [transaction id: [protected] ] but i am not accessing the 6th step and not able to complete my application. It shows an error saying" a payment has already been initiated from this reference number. Your request cannot be processed. Please do the needful so as to proceed further on the final registration.

      Sir,
      This is to bring to your notice that i have applied for the aiims 2019 exam and my registration id is u[protected], name shreyan biswas. I made the payment of rs.1500/- which was successful and my bank account was debited. Yet the aiims site is showing that the payment has not been made. When i am going to make the payment again, a message is coming as below:
      "a payment has already been intiated for the same reference number. Your request cannot be processed."
      It would be most kind of you to look into the matter urgently so that i can complete the application and get the centre of my choice.
      I cannot proceed until and unless the payment is accepted.
      I have tried several numbers that have been provided without any success. I have even sent a mail to 'aiims. [protected]@gmail.com' but have not received any reply as yet.
      Kindly help me as i am worried and cannot concentrate on my studies. My gmail id is:

        This is to bring to your notice that i have applied for the aiims 2019 mbbs exam and i made the payment of rs.1500/- which was successful and my bank account was debited. Yet the aiims site is showing that the payment has not been made. When i am going to make the payment again, a message is coming as below: "a payment has already been initiated for the same reference number. Your request cannot be processed." as you see we cannot choose a centre without the acceptance of the payment. And it's been the 3rd day now. All centres in my state are over and now nearby states now.
        Please do resolve this issue as soon possible. (Ps. I also tried contacting multiple times but to no reply)

            Double payment for one application

                I have made payment on 24.02.19 at 7.50 a. M for aiims final registration.
                Transaction reference no-352602
                Confirmation not yet received.
                It has since been 2 days.
                After that some of my friends filled the application and their payment confirmation received as soon as payment is made.
                But for my case it is not updated since last 2 days.
                Please let me know when it will be resolved.
                Choice of city is being reduced.

                    Respected sir/madam,
                    I was completing my aiims form payment on 22 feb., 2019. Money has been deducted from my account in favour of aiims during transaction. But when i logged in my account, i 5th step (Make payment) was incomplete. I tried to contact aiims via e-mails, helpline numbers but there is no response from there side. Now it is 25 feb. 2019. There is no update regarding payment. Please either proceed my payment or refund it as soon as possible so that i can pay again.

                        My name is Premchand.R. I have completed step 4 and paid the amount 1500 through Sbi debit card through SBI merchant on 24- Feb- 2019 3:35 pm IST. The money deducted from my bank account but it is showing that payment is not done.                               I have completed till step 4 that is qualification and then I made the payment twice, both the time the payment was successful and the sms was received from the bank too.                                       I have made the payment of ₹1500 on 23/02/19 through SBI payment option via visa debit card and the amount has been deducted from my bank account. Yet the AIIMS site is showing that the payment is due. When I am trying to make the payment again, a message is displayed as below:
                                      "A payment has already been intiated for the same reference number. Your request cannot be processed."

                                      I would humbly request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest so that I can complete my final registration. I am not able to move further into the next steps as the site is displaying that step 5 (making of payment) is incomplete.

                                      I have also attached the screenshots of the deduction message from SBI bank account and also the message that is displayed on the screen regarding the payment error.
