I, nitya kotwal, paid my fee online through icici bank netbanking option. It deducted the amount from my account but the message displayed "payment failed". I haven't received the refund even after 9 days. Please look into the matter. Below are the transaction details.

    I have already complained on this issue. Now i tried third time paying for the aiims exam 2019 fee. They have deducted the amount from my account but the dashboard is showing the payment is incomplete. Today is the last day for payment and i don't know what to do. Please refund the money paid (1500+1500+1500). And please do check on the issue. It will be very nice of you if you solve this issue within today as today is the last day for submission of payment. My id is u[protected]. Please solve this issue sooner.

    I have again tried with two different account and again they have deducted the amount but showed error and the dashboard is showing the payment is incomplete. I'm really worried about this issue. As I've totally lost 6000 rupees for the payment. I tried with different bank accounts. But the payment level is not yet showing the payment is complete . Please do refund the money and clear the payment level as only then I can proceed with the process. And today is the last day. Please take action on this as soon as possible

    My application has been accepted but the refund hasn't been processed yet. Please refund the money (4500).it will be very nice of you if you refund the money as soon as possible as in order to try with different account we got money from different people. Please refund the money

      Hi, i have serious complaint about sordid state for opd registration. People are made to wait outside main gate on footpaths, gate 1. Around 330 am they take them inside. Despite opd being well enclosed why people are made to wait outside that too in winter's. No regulations, no one to check around. Many people are joining out of the queue through setting with guards. No arrangements as such. People could easily be accommodated inside.. At least will keep them off from enduring cold weather. Is someone listening? That too only 25 cards will be issued but nowhere is it mentioned that. 90% of the population will go without card from psp opd and will line up next night and endure another day of cold.

        Dear sir,
        While completing final step of my aiims registeration when i adopted payment through sbi credit card my payment was done from my side but it was showing that payment step is incomplete and also showing that "payment has already been initiated for the same reference number request cannot be processed". And the amount was deducted from my account and afterwards when on cyber cafe i pay through net banking that step was completed but there was a total of 3000 rs. Gone from my side i request you to refund amount of rs 1500 to my sbi credit card as soon as possible..

          For aiims exam payment section i have paid twice the fee asked (1500+1500) for 2019 exam. Yet the dashboard is showing the payment is incomplete. Because of this i could not proceed with the process. And as they have already deducted the amount twice and showing that payment is not done i'm afraid to pay again.
          My id is u[protected]. Please do refund the money. And take action on this.

            There is a problem in the make payment page due to which i've ended doing the payment thrice rs.1200*3=rs.3600, yet my dashboard shows incomplete payment. Amount has deducted from my bank account dated 24/2/19 twice and on 9/3/19 once.
            I would like to have the amount to refund as soon as possible. And plz resolve this problem as not much time is left for completing the application.

              I have done my payment on 23rd feb. It hasn't been updated yet. My payment has been deducted. I don't even have option of repayment. Whenever i tried to repay it shows sorry for inconvenience try again later. I have no options there. Only few days are left. Thereafter final registration will getsover.                 I am submit my fees of rs 1500 on 23 feb 2019 at 09.13 am by pay govt india throught upi bhim transcation id is[protected] & billdesk transcation referencce is phd[protected] and not show successful till 24 feb 2019 so i am not fill center allotment. So i am submit fees again on 24 feb throught sbi debit transccation reference no is[protected].. Finally form submit and show payment id: 20173000 & transaction id: [protected] please check the issue and solve the problem and refund the my amount of rs 1500.. Thanks in advanced..

                  Respected sir, for final registration of aiims 2019 i made a payment of rupees 1500 on 8 th march 2019 (8.40 pm) through sbi debit card. Amount has been deducted from my account but yet it shows payment step incomplete. Due to which i cannot access my final registration steps further. Please do report my problem, so that i can proceed with my final regisration with in the stipulated date 12.03.2019. Ishall be highly obliged if you quickly reply.

                    I have paid rs1500 and rs1500 has been deducted from my bank account but its still showing red mark on payment option.
                    When i try to pay again it showing that "a payment has been initiated for the same reference number. Your request can't be processed"

                        I completed the payment & received the confirmation of transaction at my end via my debit card for rs 1200 but the aiimsexams.org website still shows no payment on my dashboard.
                        I paid via the 2nd portal. The website loaded, my otp was generated & payment was confirmed on bank's end. However the aiimsexam website still shows fee unpaid against my profile. Kindly take cognizance.

                          Sir,, my name is robiul alom azad.. And i applied for aiims ug 2019.. My 4th step has completed regarding submission of application form. But when i start 5th step my payment is success but no receip generated.. And when i log in it again ask to pay the fees as sir fees already deducted but refund is not found yet.. I m so worried as all the seats are filling rapidly so what can i do plz reply my email message are not replied by authority of aiims

                            Yesterday i paid the fees amount rs.1500 for aiims entrance examination and the same amount is deducted from my account but the aiims website is showing that the payment is not done. I have even received a message from you that the payment is being done to aiims but when i login to site for further process, it is again showing that payment is not done.
                            So please look into the matter soon so that i will be able to complete further 2 steps of the form as the final date of completing the process is 12 march.

                              We have done the payment through sbi at first, the payment was successful but the application was not reflecting it so we waited for two days and did the payment again through bill desk gateway. Still we are facing the same issue.

                                  While doing AIIMS final registration, the 5th step is of making fee payment of RS 1500. I have made the payment through SBI payment option and it has been deducted 1500/- from my account. On the site it didn't show as payment completed.
                                  So again I made payment through 2nd option, again 1500/- was deducted but this time the payment was completed.
                                  In my SBI account, a total of Rs 3000 are deducted. It has been few days and I have not got refund yet of first transaction.
                                  Request you to look into matter as soon as possible and return the Rs 1500.
