Sir,
This is to bring to your notice that i have applied for the aiims 2019 exam and my registration id is u[protected], name tithi chauhan. I made the payment of rs.1200/- which was successful and my bank account was debited, bank sbi. Yet the aiims site is showing that the payment has not been made. When i am going to make the payment again, a message is coming as below:
"a payment has already been intiated for the same reference number. Your request cannot be processed."
It would be most kind of you to look into the matter urgently so that i can complete the application and get the centre of my choice.
I cannot proceed until and unless the payment is accepted.
I have tried several numbers that have been provided without any success. I have even sent a mail to 'aiims. [protected]@gmail.com' but have not received any reply as yet.
Kindly help me as i am worried and cannot concentrate on my studies. My gmail id is:

    My name is vladimir lenin malviya, aiims ug registration number - u[protected], on 23rd february, 2019 while paying the examination fees for my aiims ug entrance exam there was some error and when i paid the fees, my aiims profile was logged out and so i had to pay the fees again and it again did the same thing. It took an hour to finally show my fees as paid but the amount rs. 1500 has been deducted twice from my account and i have not got a refund for the same.
    Kindly resolve this issue and revert back as it is not a small amount for me. I have already written an email to
    Aiims. [protected]@gmail.com with both the transaction numbers and the screenshots of the same but have not got a reply yet.

    Got a call from a representative on the next day of writing the complaint who took some details and said that the amount would be refunded in 4 hrs but it has been 4 days and I haven't received a refund. Please contact me again and initiate the refund quickly or else action will be taken against you. Thank you.

      Sir,
      While doing my aiims 2019 final registration on 22-feb-2019 in the fee payment section i have paid the fees of 1500 through sbi debit card (Netbanking). I have received message from sbi showing deduction of fee from my account. After the transaction, i could not access the final step-selection of city, instead it returned to previous 'qualifications' page. Showing that 'a transaction has already initiated to this reference number'. I closed and reopened the tab then i could pay the fees again to access final step. The fee again deducted from my same account and not refunded yet.
      I hereby add transaction message account statement.
      I request you to refund my fees of 1500

        Sir/mam,
        I am ankush singh. I filled the aiims application form yesterday. Application fees i. E. Rs. 1500 has been deducted but in the procedure, it has been shown still have to pay.
        When i tried paying through sbi payment gateway through pnb debit card and payment get deducted from my bank account, after this it shows me an error in the transaction. But rs.1500 has been deducted from my account.
        So, i request you to refund my rs. 1500 that has been deducted.
        Hoping for an earlier response.

          This is to bring to your notice that i have made payment for aiims final registration on 22nd february using sbimops gateway and the payment was successful as an amount of rs 1500 got debited from my account but the aiims website is showing that the payment was unsuccessful and when i am going to make the payment again it is showing"a payment has already been initiated from this reference number.           The aiims website asked me to log in with my credentials and to click on my page dashboard and then complete my final registration .I have done that several times but I still cannot proceed to city choice option and complete my final registration.I have written about that in the aiims support center, and also emailed them but have not received any reply.The seats are getting filled fast and only 7 days are left before the final registration stops.Please help.

            Sir,
            This is to bring to your notice that while filling the final registration form i made my payment of rs-1500/-and it was successful as i got msg about the transaction, but the registration did not proceed, instead it showed the fourth step that is the payment step to be incomplete. The site is not allowing me to proceed further. Please have a check on this issue.

            I paused payment to AIIMS Mbbs entrance exam 2019 but didn't get any location from Aiims and no one helping in their given helpline number and talking in a ride manner.
            Kindly solve this problem as It affecting my Carrier and so many people who were facing same problem.

            My registration unique code is 8238223.
            And I paid 1500 rupees two times but getting as given in image.

            I ask the bank from same issue they say that the money is delivered to Aiims.
            Sir I made the payment of Rs.1500/- through Allahabad Bank Debit card today towards the final registration fee of AIIMS exam 2019 for my daughter ID U[protected] and RUC code 82269396. The payment has been deducted twice but still in the dash board it is showing incomplete.

            Please suggest what to do.

              Sir with due respect i state that i was completing the final registration process of aiims and during that i paid my fees of 1218 ruppes
              As i was paying through credit card i had to pay 18 rs extra.. The transaction was succesful. Even i got the mmsg in my phone regarding the successful transaction. But inspite of showing me the preceed option i was directed back automatically without being given a chance to select my exam centre city. And when i later opened it showed that i have not paid the payment fees. Please help as the centres are alloted in first come and first serve basis i may not be able to get my 1st pririty among the cities.

                Once I Attempted paying to aiims exam ug but it didn't successful and money deducted from account but after that I try to pay then server says pls try later what I do why they don't proceed my transition registeration no for aiims ug 2019 is U[protected].                   Hello sir,

                  This is to inform you that aiims have deducted application fees twice for aiims mbbs 2019 entrance exam. The registration no. Is { u[protected] } and name is jinny. Earlier also i have paid rs 1500/- but they were showing that payment is done and i have complaint about it earlier also but not action has been taken yet and today when i tried to paid it they accepted it. They are just making us fool and earning a handsome amout of money by twice payment and i have proof of my bank passbook also that payment has been forwarded to aiims only.

                  You are requested to take action as soon as possible otherwise same compalint will be forwarded in pm office

                    When i was filling the application form 2019 then at the payment step i otp got twice. When i uploaded it at the very end site got closed. At that time i didnot get any messegae regarding amount money.
                    So i made the payment again then the amount of rs. 1400 was again deducted from my account and the amount which was deducted earlier was not refunded back.

                    So it's a humble request please refund the money as soon as possible.

                          While i was doing my final registration for aiims2019, 1500 got deducted from my account, but there was an error that the transaction is declined, so i did the transaction again from a different bank account (Sbi bank) and this time the transaction was successful.
                          But when i checked my bank statement there was a transaction of 1500 in name of aiims from first transaction through bank of baroda debit card on aiims website. Kindly refund the excess amount from the first transaction through bob debit card asap.

                              Sir, with respect, i have paid 1500 rupees in my aiims mbbs but the site shown that payment has not done. But after sometime i got msg that my 1500 rupee has been successfully debited then i got worried (That was on 22nd feb) on that day itself i completed my form with another account.
                              My form has been filled by another 1500 rupee but the first 1500 rupee hasn't return back.
                              Sir plz try to return my rupee. This online payment has hit me hardly. I am not able to focus on my study.
                              I hope that you will understand my problem.

                                I had done the payment of rs 1500 and it was successful. The money has been debited from my account and yet the aiims site is showing that i have done the payment.                                     Respected sir/madam,

                                    When i was filling the application form of aiims 2019 then at the payment step i made the payment from sbi debit card of rs.1500 and got the message from the bank that the transaction was successful but the site soon showed the error message and it got closed.
                                    The first transaction message shows at 10:08 on 25/02/2019

                                    When i made the payment from other bank debit card again then the amount of rs. 1500 was again deducted from my account and the amount which was deducted earlier was not refunded back.

                                    The second transaction message shows at 02:15 on 26/02/2019

                                    So it's a humble request please refund my money as soon as possible.
