Allahabad Bank — atm delivery fail & debit cash from my account

Sir /madam

My acount in allahabad bank
I use my atm card in other bank atm machine at 2 time in one day
Approx. Time 7 pm at HDFC ATM, Shanti Nagar, Gurgaon, which shows no money and 7.10 pm at ICICI ATM, Khandsa Road, Near SBI Bank. which shows transaction done but no cash withdrawal at that time, but at 7.56 pm one SMS received, that amount deducted from my account.
But no one atm machine give me cash
But deducted from my acount 4000/-
My acnt nmber is "[protected]" in Branch Rajiv Colony, Near Hero Honda Chowk distt Gurgaon, Haryana
So please I request u for refund my cash.
I swipe my card approx 7 p.m on date 30/7/18

So please sir..madam refund me asap.
