I am resident of 319/1/146/1 begum manzil rajapur Prayagraj ( muir road) 211001
I want to inform you that steet lightin front of my house in fuse since one month . Kindly if possible please repair the light .(Pole : L[protected] CIV/DHN/DT13/C1/4/2)

They do not pick up the garbage neither they come with the garbage trolly... .During rains our drains are so filled with all the rubbish things to such extent that all the dirty water come on the road and due to that people can't find there way along that but they don't clean it and if they do it, they don't have time to pick the material and dumped it to another place they say us to first complain about all this and then they will work accordingly so here is my complaints sir... Hope uh will see to it and resolve this as soon as possible.

Buxi khurd Daraganj Area the water accumalation is becoming problem . People are blocking the road side drain or nali and no passage for water to flow properly. This need to be actioned to maintain city clean also help to reduce work down the line on related other problems.

For the last one month there is water logging issue in my area which consists of 3 mosque out of which one shia jama masjid and many houses. Because of water logging issue lot of serious diease are spreading like dengue and malaria and also people are unable to attend mosque for prayer.
Kindly help us and resolve this issue by removing logged water. Address is 47M/5A/786 Karamat ki Chowki,

In this connection I want to state that your municipal personnel assigned for the collection of domestic garbage from my doorsteps are not collecting the garbage from my doorsteps since one month.Hence, I am facing acute problem to dispose off my domestic garbage alone at this old. Therefore
I humbly request you to kindly assign a person to collect the garbage from my doorsteps immediately. I am ready to pay the due charges for the same.

Dear sir,

This complaint is regarding water logging and unhygienic living conditions in my locality 79, New Bairhana Prayagraj, 211003.

The water logging in our locality due to heavy rains has costed us a lot of suffering, mentally as well as monetarily. The water enters inside our house everytime there is heavy rainfall. Also, due to blockage of sewage line there is mud and garbage all around our house. This could lead to several diseases and severe illness in our family.

Kindly look into the same as soon as possible.

Park is surrounded by houses, and street lights are placed at every corner of the park which beautify the area in the night. But since 6 months the area stayed in dark because none of the street lights work. Kindly consider the matter at its earliest.

I am a resident of shivkuti prayagraj near nalanda public school.

Would like to draw you attention to perform a cleaniness activity on the empty plot besides my house as which a become a dumping ground for garbage and all kinds animals such as pig dogs and cow have made it there home.
Please get it cleaned as we know that dengue fever cases are increasing so to avoid that we need someone to come and clean it for us.

Residents of 333, Malviya Nagar tie their cattle in the gali by which the loca, l residents of the area facing lots of problems. In the afternoon they open their cattle in the galis and all the time their cattle roming in the Lal gali, and bhartiya bhawan area. They throw all the cowdung in the nagar nigam nalis which causes blocking the nalis. No nagar nigam officials have taken any responsibilities during the last 4 and a half years. Kindly take action. All the time they dirty the galis
