A dustbin was installed in railway colony since then trash spreads on road because some people do not dump trash in dustbin instead they put bulky trash outside the dustbin.Sweapers do not take these bulky trash with them until they get extra money from someone.
Because of this a mound of garbage is developing in front of my house.
I request you to remove these dustbins as it is creating more unhygienic environment around us instead of a healthy environment.
In place of dustbin a sweaper should come and should collect garbage from each and every house.
Please make these changes.

I am writing to your esteemed self to bring to your notice the nuisance caused by stray dogs in our colony. The number of stray dogs in our colony has risen alarmingly. The rise in their number has led to various other problems such as competition for food and shelter.

The gangs of dogs often get involved in fierce wars. These fierce dogs pose serious threats to the safety of residents, especially children playing in the streets and parks. A few children have already been bitten by these dogs. Further, these dogs bark all night fighting with each other has led to sleeping problems in the residents. I on behalf of the residents appeal to you to look into. Kindly relieve us of these dogs by getting them rehabilitated to homes for stray animals. We shall be grateful.

Water pipeline leakage complaint

Dear sir,

This is to inform you that my neighbor is continuously throwing his garbage on the road and also in front of my main gate. I asked him once to stop this activity, but he is still throwing garbage. Requesting you to come here and take appropriate action against him.

I live in shaha pur urf pipalgaon there is open defection issue due to this unhyiene problem occuring and due to this many disease spreading here...so sir/ mam I request that plz take some action as soon as possible...

In my area there is a problem of open defection due to this unhyiene problem occuring

I live in Allahpur Near Neta chauraha and besides new Sohbatiyabagh. There are so many streets dogs who r biting people and very dangerous.They bit even my mother. They are being mad .
So restrict them and catch them soon

मैं आपसे अनुरोध करता हूं, गली में समस्या है। सड़क पर पानी की निकासी की समुचित व्यवस्था नहीं क्योंकि गली में 1 सरकारी पानी का टैब है और इस पानी के टैब में केवल एक घर का इस्तेमाल होता है और टैब साइड में बंद नाली। सड़क के दूसरी तरफ पानी का बहाव।

महोदय सविनय निवेदन है कि मैं प्रार्थी हरदेव सिंह पुत्र स्वर्गीय राम स्वरूप सिंह निवासी चकराना तिवारी चाका नैनी प्रयागराज का निवासी हूं महोदय मेरा मकान चकराना तिवारी सीओडी गेट के पास स्थित है जिसमें मेरा मकान स्थित है उस भूमि में हम दो भाई श्री उपेंद्र नाथ सिंह एवं मैं हरदेव प्रसाद सिंह दोनों पुत्र स्वर्गीय राम स्वरूप सिंह हैं इसमें दोनों का बराबर हक है परंतु बड़े भाई का परिवार ज्यादा होने के कारण उनको कुछ हिस्सा ज्यादा दिया गया महोदय उक्त भूमि पर आगे से दोनों भाई को रोड साइड से बराबर हक मिला है लेकिन और पीछे से कुछ हिस्सों में हमें एवं थोड़ा ज्यादा उनको हक दिया गया है परंतु उनके द्वारा फरवरी माह में मेरे मकान को अवैध तरीके बलपूर्वक गिरा दिया गया जिसके लिए मैं न्यायालय में गया एवं न्यायालय में इस विषय पर वाद लंबित है जिसकी वाद संख्या 1175/2021 सिविल court इलाहाबाद है महोदय मुझे गुप्त सूत्रों से पता चला है कि मेरे बड़े भाई श्री उपेन्द्र सिंह एवं उनके पुत्र नागेंद्र सिंह अवैध तरीकों से नगर निगम प्रयागराज में घूस देकर अपने नाम पर इस पूरे जमीन को चढ़ा लेना चाह रहे हैं जिसकी सूचना मुझे मिली अतः मैं आपसे निवेदन करता हूं कि पूर्ण जांच के बाद ही एवं न्यायालय द्वारा वाद पर आदेश आने के बाद ही आपके द्वारा कुछ किया जाए अन्यथा दोनों को बराबर हक दिया जाए प्रार्थी आपका सदैव आभारी रहेगा महोदय वाद में भूमि का खसरा संख्या 19 है जिसकी चौहद्दी में पूर्व में FCI रोड एवं पश्चिम में आरके सिंह राजेंद्र प्रसाद द्विवेदी वगैरह तथा दक्षिण में जगदीश सिंह बनवारीलाल इत्यादि हैं

Hello Sir,

I would like to draw your attention to the issue that garbage picking vehicle has not been collecting garbage from our Colony (Krishna Vihar Colony Shervani mod Sulem Sarai) since last month without any prior notice.

It's a big Problem for all the colony members where to dispose garbage now.

Kindly look into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible.
