This is Dr Kushagra Darbari residence of 5/3, Clive road, Civil Lines, opposite sangam place building, prayagraj 211001.
This is to inform you that unauthorised vendors, hawkers, restaurants and commercial shops near by are repeatedly throwing garbage on the road and boundary wall of my residence on daily routine basis which includes food waste and packing plastics with foul smell and unhygiene, which is hazardous to health and spreading numerous diseases, I have done numerous complaints to the area supervisor MR KUNDAN hawaldar regarding this matter but he is ignoring my complaints, he even says that garbage is thrown in the night time so it’s not his responsibility
I therefore request you to see into this matter and give notices to all the restaurants, unauthorised vendors, hawkers, and commercial shops to stop throwing garbage on the public road and on the boundary wall of my residence with immediate effect
Kindly put swachh Bharat posters and banners around the area for public awareness, neatness, public health, swachh Bharat

सादर अवगत हों कि प्रयागराज नगर निगम के क्षेत्राधिकाà¤�...⇄ स्थित लेप्रोसी मिशन रोड (नया पुल चौराहा) से नैनी स्टेशन को जोड़ने वाली मुख्य सड़क जो कि राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग का एक भाग है उसके किनारे क्षेत्र भर के प्लास्टिक, मेडिकल व अन्य हानिकारक/प्लाà¤�...⇄ कचरों आदि को डम्प करके आग लगा दी जाती है, जिससे घर, मोहल्ले व क्षेत्र के आम लोगों मुख्यतया छोटे बच्चों व बुजुर्गों को सांस लेने की तकलीफ, खांसी व गला पकड़ने की समस्या हो रही है।सम्बन्धित नगर निगम व जिला प्रशासन को बार-बार विभिन्न माध्यमों से उपरोक्त समस्या से अवगत करवाने के बावजूद अद्यतन निदान नही हुआ है।
अतः महोदय जी से निवेदन है कि उक्त मामले का संज्ञान लेते हुए सम्बन्धित समस्या का निराकरण करने की महती कृपा की जाये।

Iam Ayush residence E/A 650 A.D.A COONY NAINI ALLAHABAD. there are two dogs one male and other female stray dogs they are very aggressive and have injured 5 to 6 people including small kids they also bite people so i request you to send some help to catch the dogs and also female dog has 7 puppies so please take care of them too.
As Soon As Possible because they are velry aggressive and people are scared of them

Due to this garbage many hazardous diseases might spread in the area .
I therefore request you to kindly see into the matter and kindly serve notice to all the restaurants near by and shops to not to throw garbage on road and boundary wall of my premises for public health and swachh bharat, kindly put banners and posters of swachh bharat around the area for public awaresness

Triveni Nagar mohalla exist in naini from last 30 years but now its under nagar nigama from. Last 2 years but still no work done for Lighting and waste management Kindly install some street light in my colony near Lal mandir, many accidents happens from animals & lack of street lights already complaint registerd at nagar nigama office but they don't have any solutions.
Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible

Sir Building material waste of Ram Chandra Jaiswal house construction 176 Bai ka bagh has been piled up in whole lane adjacent to Topan Das bakery since last one month obstructing smooth movement of residents as well as cleanliness. Nil response from the owner when approached for getting the malwa cleared from lane. Please impose challan with fine and get it cleared. Regards

Street light road lights U/s since 30 Day's

Since 30 Day's street lights U/S.No one attending the complaints Deepawali gone in dark.up me mumkine hai . dhanyawaad

There has been an incomplete drainage line in our society for more than two years resulting into various problems like water logging, various water related health problems etc. The water flows out on the road which is link state highway causing damage to the road and creating problems to the people crossing through.
In this regard it is requested to please take some necessary action. Thanks

Sir I am suffering with a lot of garbage problem infront of my house laying in a vacant plote and cleaning workers are not coming to clean. All garbage is coming out of plot and flying on my door. Other residents are also throwing their garbage infront of my house.

This is to bring your kind notice towards water leakage problem in Transport nagar. The water pipeline is broken in three parts which is causing a lot of water logging on roads. The damaged roads are getting more damage. Health and hygiene issue has arisen in the society due to standing water. Dengue cases are reported in few houses. Several complaints are made by our society since August but no action has been taken so far.
I request you to look into this problem and provide a solution to the earliest.

I am residing in Krishna Nagar kurganj. Here garbages are not being picked up on regular basis. Roads are not cleaned properly. Supervisor is not taking any action regarding this in spite of complaining. Pets like pigs are roaming all around making our lives like hell. If such a situation exist how the swatch Bharat mission will succeed. It’s a request to take strict action.

In my locality there are many people who are suffering from dengue you should send the medicine vehicle in our locality

Incessant burning of garbage in the locality leading to air pollution.

So many cows and dogs are roaming on road without food and water.

One of the yadav have created a mess on road eith so many cows and buffaloes roaming on road .

Sir, I request you to give your kind attention towards Sainik Colony Dhoomanganj for construction of Road. Since 12 years no construction has been carried out.
