This is to bring to your kind notice that I am residing at 5/3 Clive road Civil Lines opposite sangam place building, prayagraj 211001 and daily garbage of nearby restaurants and commercial shops is being thrown on my entrance and boundary wall with foul smell of food waste and packing plastics, despite several complaints to Mr Kundan hawaldar area supervisor this problem is increasing day by day.
Due to this garbage many hazardous diseases might spread in the area .
I therefore request you to kindly see into the matter and kindly serve notice to all the restaurants near by and shops to not to throw garbage on road and boundary wall of my premises for public health and swachh bharat, kindly put banners and posters of swachh bharat around the area for public awaresness

This is to inform you that unauthorised vendors, hawkers, restaurants and commercial shops near by are repeatedly throwing garbage on the road and boundary wall of my residence on daily routine basis which includes food waste and packing plastics with foul smell and unhygiene, which is hazardous to health and spreading numerous diseases, I have done numerous complaints to the area supervisor MR KUNDAN hawaldar regarding this matter but he is ignoring my complaints, he even says that garbage is thrown in the night time so it’s not his responsibility
I therefore request you to see into this matter and give notices to all the restaurants, unauthorised vendors, hawkers, and commercial shops to stop throwing garbage on the public road and on the boundary wall of my residence with immediate effect
Kindly put swachh Bharat posters and banners around the area for public awareness, neatness, public health, swachh Bharat
