I am resident of om gayatri nagar chandpur salori and i have paid all the taxes like house tax, water tax and house map is passed. Butnaar nigam has not been taking care of my locality. There is a pole in front of my house but nagar nigam has not been provided any street light on that pole, due to this the whole area and the people who were moving on the road at night time they face alot of problem. So, request to nagar nigam to provide street light on that poles. Which makes our life better.

The small fountain park opposite prayag Sangeet samiti in South malaka Allahabad uttar Pradesh has a railing which has broken. Please get it mended otherwise the railing would be stolen or further damaged.

For past 1 month, a group of monkeys (4-5) is creating havoc by harming humans and their properties. The following incidents took place with many individuals and are listed as follows:

1- they bite and scratch locality members
2- they enter house and damage properties.
3- they also enter house through balcony and eat up all the edibles.

It is a request to kindly look into this matter, as the humans are at stake. Women and children are not safe at all. Please take further actions to solve this distress.

I am writing to inform about the nuisance that stray dogs have created by gathering in numbers of 10-12 barking, pooping (Stray cows also) on the roads, etc thus disturbing the residents living opposite tambaku gali, near kydganj police chowki, kydganj, allahabad. The kids are always in danger of a dog bite.
Thus it requires an immediate action by concerned authority which will improve the quality of life here.

I live in kalindipuram. Garbage collector is not coming from 20 november 2017. He said to me there is contract for five years and you pay 50₹ per month. I gave him, till date he is not coming. Again garbage start to accommodate and there is huge problem, where to through this on the road or where. Would you solve this problem as early as possible.

The road in the wasiabad locality has not been repaired since its digging for inserting the underground pipes. All the roads in the nearby vicinity has been repaired except the road near fish market.

Several time the officials have been contacted but only empty assurance has been given. It is requested that the same may please be repaired at the earliest.

A garbage dustbin was place 15 days ago just in front of my house due to which local people dump their waste materials causing heavy accumulation of garbage due to which foul and infectious smell spreads. It may leads to lungs and breathing diseases. To lift garbage nagar nigam vehicle has not came since long time which clearly reflect laxity at the end of cleanliness by the temporary /permanent worker deputed for performing this duty. Safai worker is absent for a long time this dustbin must be remove away from my house and may be placed at nearby road. I have already acknowledge the officials through telephonic talk and letters is attached h/w for immediate action in this regard.

This is regarding the garbage thrown in front of my house. This creates dirt and foul smell. I have complained this several times to the local cleaner but i can't see any action against same.
People throw waste in front of that plat and multiple animals like pig and cow throw spread these waste on the road.
I am facing this issue since 2 years and requested the cleaner and sabhasad to take action against same. This can cause serious illness around as there are many children staying around. But i cant see any seriousness to take action against this from anyone.
To whomsoever, this letter will be directed please help me with same.

I am really depressed about this situation and i am not able to concentrate on my studies. If this situation continues it's gonna ruin my life. My sister is gonna give 12 boards this year so please help us. Please tell my neighbours not to burn fallen leaves or anything just dump it in the dustbin. I am already suffering from respiratory disease now i don't wanna suffer from cancer. Please help.

इलाहाबाद झलवा मैं ए डी ए कालोनी में रहता हूँ। यहाँ नाली इकदम भरी हुयी है जिससे सारा पानी रोड पर बहता है जिससे रोड दिन ब दिन खराब होती जा रही है। सीवर के धक्कन भी गायब है इसी कारण वश कोई न कोई वाहन की दूर्घटना होती रहती है। आपसे विनम्र निवेदन है कि आप तत्काल इस समस्या का निवारण करें। धन्यवाद।

इस सन्दर्भ में पुनः अवगत कराना है कि बेनीगंज ADC गेट के पास सोडियम लाइट की जगह जो LED Lights लगाई गयी है, उसकी दिशा उत्तर व दक्षिण कर दी गयी है जबकि LED Lights की दिशा, सड़क पर ठीक नीचे की तरफ होना चाहिये था जिससे उसका प्रकाश सड़क पर काफी दूर तक रहता / अभी ADC gate से 200 मीटर (हनुमान मंदिर ) तक रात में घोर अँधेरा रहता है जिससे रात में कोई बड़ी घटना/दुर्घटना होने की बहुत संभावना है /
अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि जल्द से जल्द LED Lights की दिशा, सड़क पर ठीक नीचे की तरफ करवाने की कृपा करें जिससे उसका प्रकाश सड़क पर काफी दूर तक रहे और ADC gate से 200 मीटर (हनुमान मंदिर ) तक रात में अँधेरा कायम ना रहे /

Wrong feeding has been conveyed to me that my complaint no.22430 has been resolved on 16.09.2017.
But it seems that wrong compliance report has been submitted in place of rectification of street light problem.Street light is not working AS REQUIRED still today.
