Frequent Internet disconnection

This is to notify that after amphan alliance broadband connection is very unstable.
From last 48 hours i am facing internet connectivity issues. Got call from alliance bb toll free number 5 times today, no one is able to share the resolution or tat. All are mentioning work under progress will take time but how long none of them can answer. Yesterday issue occurred i logged complaint today to see and give some time to them to work,...

Internet speed is too slow
I have plan of 50 mbps though i m getting upto 5 or 10 mbps and the internet speed fluctuates a lot
Sometime it gives 45 mbps and then suddenly 3 mbps...
Fix this issue
And the internet gives a lot of problem
Not getting benefit from such speed......

Very poor service please help me

I recently shifted to panagarh (Burdwan) and i am using alliance broadband, i recharge for 800 which is 70mbps plan, but i get 4-5mbps in speed test and in real when i download something i get 1-2mbps speed. Broadband name: alliance broadband kolkata.
From last 25 days internet speed to too slow.. Upload less than 1mbps and download less then 3mbps. Raised three ticket for this is but no resolution.

Interrupted broadband connection

I have tried to contact local support team multiple times but they don't attend the call. It is very harassing. They even don't bother to attend the customer who pay him monthly basis. It is a step towards there downgrade of business with this attitude. We as a customer has multiple option so don't keep yourself in confusion....

Loss of services every day

Hurricane Amphan wreaked havoc and as a part of its consequences, alliance's service disruption was understandable and sympathisized with. But still doesn't explain why ever since every thing went back up, it has been customary to lose internet for atleast an hour during the working day, every day, for some inexplicable reason!
With covid closures, working from home is the norm and a trustworthy internet connection in mandatory...

I have subscribed to the company's rs 590 internet plan for 30 days at speed of 20-25 mbps. But the internet download speed hardly reaches 2 or 3 mbps.

unstable connection

Worst broadband i have ever used... Very unstable connection high ping and packet loss throughout the day... Don't you ever dare try gaming with it... Its literally next to unplayable... And there customer care is a joke they will never help you or call you after lodging complaints.
For the price the service and speed they are providing is way to low than other broadband... All other local broadbands provide 60-70 mbps in base...

Internet issue

I have taken alliance fiber connection of 50 mbps plan. Everyday in reality i get a speed of 30mbps max and in the peek hours i get around 1 mbps download speed. I have logged many complain but there is no resolution....

My alliance broadband connection was snapped during the cyclone amphan. Even after so many days, it connection remains disconnected. Complaining to the local service provider has yielded no result, even after repeated follow ups. The local service provider assures every time that someone would be sent to check and resolve, but all assurances have so far been fake. They would also ask whether it's old or new, once heared it's old connection...

slow internet from alliance

Till now my issue isn't fixed yet
I'm still getting very slow speed and now it's down to 5 mbps
Also i tried calling in their office, the person was very rude and even said they won't fix it because we are not using "optical fiber"
The issue continue to persist and i'm getting frequent request time out

If this goes on i'm not going to recharge from next month

very slow internet from alliance

So from today my internet speed has been extremely slow according to speed test it shows around 8 mbps

My net was working fine since morning when the connection went off and ever see it came back had been very slow

Using ping command i'm getting request time out frequently

Have a plan of 60 mbps but since may it has been worse

My lco is dum dum cantonment, subhas nagar, dulal saha. On 8th june there was thunder and lightning in the evening. Immediately after that the connection was disrupted. It has been two days but no improvement. A person from lco came to check and confirmed that router is malfunctioning but i can clearly see that two signal lights are working on router.
