    Since last 45 days, what happend I don't know there is frequently disconnected, no gateway ping, after 10-15 mins, automatically connected and again after 40-45 mins same issue apear packet loss and ping drop to alliance network.

    Complain again and again to local service provider SRP as well alliance.
    Issue not resolved.

      I have contacted several times to the service... They said they will fix it... And it may get fixed for some time but again next day same problem... Do i have to call them and ask for temporary fix every day? And i pay for the starter plan which comes with 60mbps.. Enough for my gaming needs.. But now days i don't even get that speed which i pay for!!!.. The packet loss is not constant through out the day... But it comes daily which really irritates me.. Please upgrade your hardwares in my area also no one provide me fiber connecting after asking for serval times.. When my friend lives in same area got the fiber connecting who brought the new connecting after i recommended him, why is that?

        Since last three months what happend I don't know there is way much packet loss and ping drop to alliance network, I am an old customer of alliance and I never had any issues regarding internet speed packet loss ping one of the best connections, but I think alliance lost it's potential, I don't know what has happened never felt so disappointed, even my mobile network is much stable than alliance.Had also changed to optic fiber complaint many times about this problem to local ISP but I think they do not know anything about why is this happening. I am very sorry to say I think need to change my ISP.

          Internet connection is unstable. Facing packet drop/"Request timed out" issue from last 10 days. It has become impossible to make calls or attend meetings online.

          We have complained multiple times, but there has been no resolution yet.

            There is no internet service since the past two days. The user id is renug_sl. I have called the local internet office but they have been looking into it since forever now. This happens very frequently. Once they tried to even sell me a new router saying that there's something wrong with the one that I have and it had barely been a year since I got it, and all this was for complaining about the the connection issue. Luckily I didn't fall for that made up stuff because my router was working fine. I renewed my data pack about a week ago and now I can't use the services for the past two days.Kindly look into this.

              It has been 3 months that i have been using Alliance broadband in Kharagpur. Initially i took the 100MBPS pack from operator but IT WAS OF NO USE!!! Maximum speed was 18MBPS. The operator suggested to change the router for getting better speed, did that also but WAS OF NO USE!! Finally had cut down the pack to 50MBPS and guess the speed!!! It is 1.5MBPS r. Informed the customer care multiples times but they have been ‘WORKING ON THE ISSUES SINCE LAST THREE MONTHS’. If this service provider would have begged for money, i would have donated them but cheating the consumers is simply not acceptable!

                Getting a speed of 1 mbps but paying for 60mbps. This problem is from last two months but despite of several complaints no proper action has been taken. Always i need to justify myself infront of my seniors just because this network never allows me to work properly. Even though the problem gets resolved it will last for max 2 days and again the same problem persists. Worst broadband connection i have ever came accross. Totally helpless and frustrated with this network.

                  I recharged pace+ plan of alliance in which they say 50 mbps speed will be offered. But i am getting about 2-5 mbps in speed test most of the time even on lan.

                    Dear all,

                    Hope you all are good in covid19 pandemic.in this period i have installed alliance broadband with help our local cable operator (Madhyamgram). But, i am really frustrated about their daily internet speed (Daily upload speed avg less than 0.22 mbps & download speed 20mbps). Monthly maximum time this speed static. Also, their is so much high. When they have came to my in absences for installation they charged rs.2000 for installation, rs. 590 for 1st month plan and for router configuration rs.300 (In my life i have know this thing that for router configuration they asking for charge).in addition i have personally purchase that router.

                    I request all of don't use this worst broadband service provider internet.

                      I have contacted the local service provider trusted broadband but they no not pay attention to our calls and has avery indecent behaviour. Instead they say to change the service provider, which is also not possible as the y have made a monopoly market and would not allow other service provider to provide the connection.
                      Please help as my work is getting hampered

                        This is to notify that after amphan alliance broadband connection is very unstable.
                        From last 48 hours i am facing internet connectivity issues. Got call from alliance bb toll free number 5 times today, no one is able to share the resolution or tat. All are mentioning work under progress will take time but how long none of them can answer. Yesterday issue occurred i logged complaint today to see and give some time to them to work, but it is now 48 hours has passed and they are still asking for time. Don't know when the issue will resolve. It is now better that i change my isp, after amphan lots of issues cropped up with alliance. And the customer service is just clueless of the issue and it's resolution time.

                        Attaching all the snapshot which i have logged with alliance in last few months.
                        The service is getting worse day on day.
                        We are paying the isp but not able to work hassle free. Due to this pandemic situation we all are working from home and in such situation broadband connection is a must need.

                        Please look into this as a serious concern from a consumer. The harassment we face is an added concern. Either fix this issue with immediate effect else extend the validity to compensate. We as a consumer appealing you before logging a complaint in consumer forum. I already have all the recorded conversation from the lco and toll free number.

                          Internet speed is too slow
                          I have plan of 50 mbps though i m getting upto 5 or 10 mbps and the internet speed fluctuates a lot
                          Sometime it gives 45 mbps and then suddenly 3 mbps...
                          Fix this issue
                          And the internet gives a lot of problem
                          Not getting benefit from such speed...

                            I recently shifted to panagarh (Burdwan) and i am using alliance broadband, i recharge for 800 which is 70mbps plan, but i get 4-5mbps in speed test and in real when i download something i get 1-2mbps speed. I complained many times (10+) but no action is taken from the company and my local internet provider also ignores my calls everytime i call him. When i was in asansol there was a good service by alliance so i trusted and took alliance here also but its seems its the worse service here. *800rs per month is a lot for me so, please someone help me to fix this.*

                            P. S :- i dont know why but my internet works normally/good (4ms/66mbps /33mbps upload) after 12am to 8am and again after 8am to 11pm its the worse service i get. And yes i checked and changed my router also buts its same.

                              Broadband name: alliance broadband kolkata.
                              From last 25 days internet speed to too slow.. Upload less than 1mbps and download less then 3mbps. Raised three ticket for this is but no resolution.

                                I am an alliance broadband service customer. My problem is that the internet connection is very unstable and many a time in a day it goes off and comes back automatically. I have tried to contact with the customer care phone number provided by the website of the said company but nobody seems eager to pick up the phone. Only in one or two occasions i had the chance to talk with someone, but the problem persisted even after talking with them, as nobody sent any engineer to solve the problem as promised.
                                The local service provider is also not ready to pick up the phone. This is highly unprofessional and disturbing.

                                  I have tried to contact local support team multiple times but they don't attend the call. It is very harassing. They even don't bother to attend the customer who pay him monthly basis. It is a step towards there downgrade of business with this attitude. We as a customer has multiple option so don't keep yourself in confusion.

                                    Hurricane Amphan wreaked havoc and as a part of its consequences, alliance's service disruption was understandable and sympathisized with. But still doesn't explain why ever since every thing went back up, it has been customary to lose internet for atleast an hour during the working day, every day, for some inexplicable reason!
                                    With covid closures, working from home is the norm and a trustworthy internet connection in mandatory but alliance is just the opposite. You can trust them to drop your connection once around 3pm and once around 12am everyday. Hopeless! If you CALL TO complain, some robotic manic depressed sounding guy who sounds like he can off himself at a moment's notice just gives you the standard long form answer that work is being done and hangs up. Maybe you get a complaint number. That's it. This company is run by ##ing losers. I am done with them today and I am switching over to whoever the ## will have me before end of day today. ## Alliance.

                                      I have subscribed to the company's rs 590 internet plan for 30 days at speed of 20-25 mbps. But the internet download speed hardly reaches 2 or 3 mbps.
                                      When i contacted the distributor in my area he said that by 20 - 25 mbps they mean the upload speed and the download speed will be about 1/4th of the upload speed. Agreed on this i didn't lodged a complaint here. But now for the past week my internet speed is about 0.5 mbps and even upload speed is 4-5 mbps. I tried to contact the distributor but his phone no. Was out of network coverage and even the company's official toll-free no and also the phone no of the registered office in kolkata are replying automatically "the no you are trying to reach is currently busy". And even jago grahak jago's contact no was unreachable. So i am not able to perform my daily tasks of online classes, study materials provided online on different sites and also the infotainment websites are buffering for about 2 minutes and then play just about 15 second and then again start buffering. I even tweeted about this on twitter but no reply from their side. And i even saw many other people tweeting about the same issue but the company doesn't care about these.

                                      So it is a humble request to the indian consumer complaints forum to kindly look into the matter and help resolve it.

                                        Worst broadband i have ever used... Very unstable connection high ping and packet loss throughout the day... Don't you ever dare try gaming with it... Its literally next to unplayable... And there customer care is a joke they will never help you or call you after lodging complaints.
                                        For the price the service and speed they are providing is way to low than other broadband... All other local broadbands provide 60-70 mbps in base plans... But this # only provide 50 mbps download and 25 upload still u will be getting half speed.
