I am facing connection issue since last 30 hours. Every time i call the customer service team they only respond saying zone is down due to power issue. They don't have any further updates neither bothered to put themselves in a customers shoes to feel the pain.
My alliance registered mobile is [protected]. My contact number is [protected]. No connection from 6pm 3rd jan till now when i am writing this (4th jan 10 pm).

    Dear sir
    I am facing the connection problem (Not getting connection) approx one month. I have called so many times to local operator but they didn't response neither tried to resolve the issue positively.

    I also contact to global helpdesk many times even till date but they also unable to resolve the issue till date.

    I am very surprise how alliance such a renowned service provider giving the service like this. It shouldn't be acceptable from your end.

    Its very pathetic service. Is it justified?

      Useless internet service, i complained previously about not getting connection for 8-12 hours every day, after that connection get stabled for 6-7 days. Now same problem is happening again, no internet connection for atleast 8 hours everyday, these people never change. Complete garbage network. The local operator is useless, never answer the phone. The customer care guys also can't do anything, they inform the local operator but local operator seems to be careless about the problem. So, guys, don't fall for their cheap internet package, don't opt for alliance, go for jio / hathaway, they charge more but their responsibility is better. I am also terminating the connection. Can't tolerate such irresponsibility anymore.

        For the last 10- 12 days the connection is very unstable. I am on prime+ package and supposed to enjoy 80mbps speed but never ever i get anything near to the promised speed, at night things get worse it falls to 1 mbps speed. I have compalined many a time but alll they do is check through remote login and say you have packet loss and let the lco know but nothing happens. Is it so hard to get a service even after paying. The most ridiculous company that there is. Thanking you in positive anticipation.

          Most useless connection. I get connection for 5-6 hours/day, rest of the time there is no connection, happening since last 3 months, sometimes connection stays off for 3-5 days (Happened during puja). My plan is 590, but i get speed at 20-22mbps maximum, forget about 50mbps. I have to call the customer care every day but issue not resolved, local operator don't accept the phone call. I am sick of this garbage connection, i can't take it anymore, this is my last month usage. On december i am going to throw away the cables.

            There internet connection is horrible works for an hour and then its dead for 5 - 6 hours. We never got a stable connection since the time it has been installed. The customer care will always say its a local issue n the local provider will contact us and fix it. The customer care people are useless, everytime we call n select the option for english we always end up speaking with someone in bengali, they are unprofessional, very rude and sound very sleepy or irritated everytime you speak. We never get a callback as they promise, not at all helpful. And they can never give us any estimate time as how long we will be without internet or how long could the so called local provider fix the fault. Overall we regret choosing them as our services provider

            Today 10 Nov 2019, our internet when off at 10:15am. I called the customer care at 12:30 (waiting for almost 2hours for the internet to be back up), they stated that its a local provider issue and they are already working on it. At 3pm call them back, got same answer but no resolution. Call back at 7:15 pm and stuck with the same dialogue. Haven't got any call nor internet yet.
            Still no internet and still no call back from local or customer care service.
            This is pathetic.

              Currently, my package is prime plus, but i'm not getting the internet speed as it should be given. I want this to be fixed as soon as possible. This problem has been prevailing for a long time, and inspite of repeated complaints, it has not been resolved. I would be compelled to take necessary legal actions if it's not looked after as soon as possible.

              this has happened earlier and guys took 200 rs, this is the 2nd time in 1 month

                A long time user of alliance broadband. Internet connection is unavailable for a long period even after recharge. This may be due to router issues or otherwise of which i am unclear.

                Local alliance service provider and agent mr. Tapas das is highly incompetent and rude with unprofessional attitude. My client id is [protected]. Located at raynagar, near bransdroni police station, kolkata.

                  Not getting the internet service for the last 2 day...Called them numerous times, but all in vain.

                  We donot get internet for 2-3 days in na month and this is very common.

                  Cheap service and cheap customer care with very unprofessional people, cheap way of talking. Also, they donot take calls after 8 pm. Where as it is written in their website that 24x7 and 365 days support.

                  Aalliance broadband services are very bad, mostly because of there worst customer support, first of all these vendors ask not to complain directly to the customer support team to get the DOCKET NUM, whenever i complaint I was asked not to do so and inform them(local vendors) directly. I wish I had another service provider in my locality

                    My connection is faulty for around 3 months. I already have complained 1000+ times in these 3 months to fix this network connection problem but all in vain. It's not fixed 20% ping loss all the time. They did not even visit to see what happened. I'm in huge problem unable to complete my work.
                    My operator is not cooperating with me to fix this issue.

                      From the last 5 days my internet is not working and i have contacted several time the operator office (Anjali cables, beleghata) and the alliance customer support. But there is no tepsone from their end. Still its not working. Totally unprofessional organization. They are taking disadvantages of monopoly. Its very frequent. Everytime the net is not working. We have to call several times but they take several days to reslove it

                        Hi,

                        I had take alliance broad band connection on 10-sep-19 with the rs 590/- plan with unlimited internet, but after that its regularly start disturbing, every 2 or 3 days its getting stopped, several time complaining to your local operator but they are not bother about this. Now its going to the extreme level last 4/5 days my internet facility its getting stopped (Still not working) and several time inform your local guy but last 4 days he is not come to check the same., i am frustrated now wants my money back, you people take rs 5000/- for new connection & rs 590/- for monthly rental, but you are not provide the proper service. But why? And who is responsible for that.

                        Please resolve my issue or give my balance back to me.

                        I have been using the alliance broadband connection for more than a year now. But recently their services have fallen very badly. Most of the times there are no Internet connection and the complaining for the same alps doesn't help. If they cannot provide the service why are they even in the business?? Is it just for fooling people like us??

                          From last month i. E. From 3rd august there is no internet connectivity in our home and we are facing lost of issues, we also intimated and raised complaints several times over phone & emails with customer care executive & service provider but till dates no positive response has been received from their side, about when will be our connection will get restore. For your reference complaint no: 3182 have been registered with alliance broadband on 4th august 2019. We are using alliance broadband service from last more than 1 year, previously also we faced this type of issues and had raised complaints over phone with customer care executive, although their representatives had tried to solve the issue but the problems always start again after couple of days thereafter. We already paid 4500/- for connection at start and also 580/- rental for the month august-2019 (Connection stopped - we did't used) we need your help to get our money refunded (4500+580 = 5080) and service need to be stopped permanently with the removal of connection cables from our house as we are no more interested in using this broadband service.

                            Everyday my internet almost stops working it give speed in bytes around 11 am to 4 or even 5 pm sometimes there is no problem with my desktop and whenever I call my service provider he says they are working normally.

                              Today at about 1.13 pm I lodged a complaint about non availability of internet connection, docket no being 9407. Till this moment no one has visited my home to set it right.
                              Every Sunday and on holidays when the client needs the connection the most the local service provider, Dolon Communication by name, stops the connection. They do not care to take any phone call. When I complain to the Alliance helpline they promise to look into the matter but in vain. This has become a regular affair.
                              Last month also this thing happened.
                              This is purposeful violation of the customer's right to get pre paid service.

                                Hello there!
                                My internet is no working for the last month and i have subscribed for two connection.
                                One connection was not working for a month and now my home connection has also stop working for the past weeks. I had requested to the local operators also but it seems to me that they are no much serious about the services.
                                I am really really unsatisfied with the connection now. No wonder why i opted for the alliance broadband.
                                I would b pleased if there would b support from the other end.

                                  Not open the login page, complain several time but the guy 1st time told : lokking for this 2) now lunch time 3) raining 4) after 4 : pm 5) not pick up, now time 5:42 pm, same problem.
                                  Look, service are very poor not taken as a professionally but calculate 30 days for recharge is very professionalism, give proper service to the customer...

                                  So the internet connection worked for fine for years without issues, but now i am facing high ping and packet loss for couple of months. It used to appear abruptly and then after a few minutes it would resolve by itself. However from 14th of august i am facing these issues but now without any break. It stays in a bad shape. High ping all over, packet loss as well and also youtube starts buffering at 720p. Please fix this.

                                    My #client id: [protected]. I am having great problem of no internet connection since last almost 3 days. I have sent 3 mails already to alliance broadband customer care. They called me up 2 times and said sending local operator urgently. But no action. Even when i met with the head of local operator mr. Gautam yesterday and explained the problem, he said he knows already and will send technical person. Since then it's more than 24 hours, no action taken.
                                    Not only that, all the customers of alliance from my complex regularly face pathetic internet connection.
                                    I believe alliance broadband does not care about its customers and slowly decreasing customer base. If this is not addressed then our society people will be compelled to move to other internet provider (Some of them already moved).

                                    Kindly let me know if you can able to resolve internet issue since alliance connection down in my place post 22nd August.
                                    I will be happy to switch in RJIL Giga Fiber if the service of alliance like this.
                                    In short Alliance Service or Local Operator Nitstar service is pathetic.

                                      The pack we are using is prime+ (80mbps) for a month but definitely the service is not given for 30 days always there is a 2 days of no service of internet overall so i think that we should not be charged for 2 days or given extension for the time there was no internet every month. Its so unethical service given by alliance broadband in taratala, kolkata. They should give internet at least 30 days if they are taking money for 30 days.
