Hi. My name is dulal ch sikdar and my user id is dcs_incon. From 9th october there is no network connection. I complained several times. Ur head office only told that give me some times and put everytime a doccet number after complained. My doccet number are 10813, 11214. But your commitment is totally unaffordable right now. Last 50 more hours i didn't getting any help from your staffs. So, what is the point of your customer service center. Please give our service. Already siti broadband, maithan broadband called us. And there connection service is too friendly. I fed up with your local provider and your company employees ignoring.

    I am a allance broad band customer from 4/5 months but iam not happy with this poor net connection. That is frequently disconnected and signal is 1mbps and lower also. That is not good net connection i am geeting. You and company prescribe starter pack is minimum 25 mbps and 500rs per month. Very very poor signals. Pl do the nesecery steps. After complaining almost 24 hours gap they come to attened the job. This way i am loosing my money.       I am an airtel customer from years, i am using my mobile, internet, landline everything airtel.

      This complaint is regarding the blunders done to my boradband connection and they screwed my connection.

      I am with 16mbps speed from year 2015 and i don't have any issues. One day i got a call from airtel saying my connection speed feasability increased from 16mbps speed to 24mbps, only thing is to change the modem and re-configure. They sent a technician and he without even checking the speed and feasbility changed modem and re-configured. Since then my internet speed came down to 4mbps and i am unable to work my office vpn connection with this speed.
      I called customer care and escalated the issues, and they say that feasibility is not there. Technician blames on airtel customer care saying, why they said there is feasibility of 24mbps, airtel customercare say that there is feasability.in middle the escalation team listens to me and technician and do nothing.

      I have even spoke to a floor manager venkatesh ramayya and region manager venkatesth s, and they promised they will work on my issue and will take up personally to solve, its been more than two weeks now.

      Just i got a call from airtel escalation team asking me to downgrade my connection speed to 2mbps and they say i will get better speed.

      Are you kidding, i was getting 16mbps speed before they changed my modem, now they are saying me to downgrade to 2mbps.

      Today i got a call from harish, floor manager and he is aksing me to downgrade to 2mbps.

        I am rimi boro one of your service user from jalpaiguri, west bengal. Today i want to raise a complain about your service in jalpaiguri. Your service provider jalpaiguri, west bengal is really so disgusting n bloody stupid service provider. They are too much pathetic to give service. 3rd tym i raised my complain about them but this time it's too disgusting. Since 3days i continuously called them about my connection problem but they didn't give any response to solve it. Just rcv cl n say k will sent someone at ur home to check ur connection. But till 3rd day no one will come. I never ever seen such a stupid service u give all ur customers. All office staffs are so irresponsible n careless. I will disconnect my internet connection from ur alliance. I[censored] were unable to resolve customers prblms thn why i use ur service. Especially jalpaiguri alliance is one of the worst.
        I just want resolve my problem by tomorrow any how. Do at your end what ever to ur jalpaiguri distributors for solving my problems. I want quick, better service not such a stupid service. I[censored] were unable to do then i will take my action against ur service. I pay for my service not take ur service freely. You give order n give some kind of lesson to ur bloody jalpaiguri distributors how to deal with customers n how to give service. Otherwise i want my money back i[censored] were not give any resolution. I hope u all will take my complain as a important one. Otherwise i will take it at my end. Details of my address as below -

        I want to ask they provider what kind of service they are providing?

          My internet is down since 2 days. After relentless complaining they still haven't managed to resolve such a petty issue. They do have the means to contact the local service provider.
          And the call operators sitting in customer *care* office, they do not know how to speak to the customers. They hardly have any information about anything. And then they blame the customers. Such a pathetic service.
          I would want alliance to take an action against the below mentioned names:
          Shalini
          Priyanka
          Moushumi chandra (Something)
          These people have learnt a few lines "wait kijiye", "feedback call aaega", "toll free number" and the blabber out the same while talking to a customer. Except these few words, they do not how to perform their job. Sitting their passing lame comments on their customers is the best they can do.
          Did not have a worse experience than this. They cannot resolve any issue. Good for nothing basically.

            My internet is not coming for last 5 days.

            After several complains also no one is looking into this. They are not responding at all. They always listen to it and in the end the only reply you get is"yes it will get resolved don't worry".
            This is the worst service i am getting right now fro the internet provider

              ####ING PISSED WITH ALLIANCE AND THE NET PROVIDER AND THE "SO CALLED" HELPLINE NUMBER OFFICIALS.

              You people think that the customers have no other work than to entertain the endless tantrums of net provider and still be happy with this ###### connection?Do you???

              Well let me rectify you I'm ####ing pissed and annoyed by my net provider and the ###### business of alliance.

              It's not even been a week that I changed my net connection to alliance and my nightmares have started!!The net connection is tremendously poor and the ####ing net provider does absolutely nothing when I raise my complaint and even if I call the HELPLINE no they say that they have contacted the local hub and the problem will be resolved but all in vain, nothing happens!!While the net provider switches off his phone leaving me at my misery!!!

              There hasn't been a single day when the net connection hasn't gone out of service of atleast 4-5 hours a day!!

              What the #### do you people think????It is okay to do whatever you wish to do and nothing will be the consequences????

              Bottom line is it's been just over a week that I've taken this connection and I'm not at all pleased with it!!Everyday for 4-5hours minimum the net connection is not there and the net provider does nothing about it as well!!

              If you people believe that I'm going to entertain such behaviour you are wrong!!I've been called and assured that tomorrow I.e., 12th August, 2017 an engineer will visit my place and cater to my problems.

              But I'm making it very clear I want my net provider to be changed immediately and I want immediate actions to be taken against such leaches of the organisation!!

              If I have to go through the same problems again I will take this matter to CONSUMER FORUM!!

                I would like to draw your attention at the service provided by the salt lake hub of alliance for the last three months. I have taken an alliance connection in march 2017 from our local operator at fd block salt lake market. My plan is prime+ for which i pay rs. 737/- per month. My client id is [protected] and my user id is am179_vision. My address is fd 219/8, sector - iii, salt lake, kolkata.

                From the very beginning my broadband service was faulty. We switched over to alliance from airtel connection with a hope that we will get uninterrupted internet connection. Since both of my children are students we required an uninterrupted connection. But from the very beginning it became a headache with the frequency of it's interruption. Initially we used to call the local operators & then they provided us the salt lake hub number, [protected].

                You can not believe, that every alternate day the service breaks, either in the early morning or in the late evening. We do not remember at how many instances we have been able to operate the internet for consecutive two or three days. We come back in the evening from our office, colleges and find the internet not working. We call the salt lake hub, they assure us to rectify the fault by the next day. Next day in the evening when we sit with some work in the internet, it's not available. We inquired about this recurring possible fault and asked them to rectify the same once for all. They barely care.

                Today the same thing happened and the salt lake hub asked us to wait till tomorrow to get the connection restored. I lost my temper and shouted at them saying that i would like to discontinue the service very soon. They coldly replied that we are at liberty to discontinue the service, it doesn't matter.

                I do not understand how a service provider can maintain it's local hub with such an unprofessional attitude and never bothered to find out why a connection is bothering a client everyday.

                I would ask for your intervention in this matter and see to it that an unprofessional person in the salt lake hub simply can not tarnish the image of a company for which they have publicized and created a market of their own in this competitive cyber market.

                I would want the service restored and if it is not done i want a refund of my activation expenses of rs. 1000/-

                In continuation to my earlier complaint, I thank Alliance Broadband Customer care for taking action on the very next day by calling me and restored the connection. They visited my house in the afternoon and confirmed that everything is going fine and said that the faulty cable at some connection point has been replaced.
                a) Interestingly, at around 8 p.m. the connection was gone once again forcing me to call the local operator once again as usual and after within 15 minutes the connection was restored.
                b) Today it was alright till 9 a.m. till the time I left for my office. The connection was gone once again at around 12 p.m. and restored at around 4 p.m. after being contacted.
                c) Now at around 8.30 p.m upload speed is zero, but download speed is quite alright. When the IP address is pinged there are certain drops after 10 to 12 successful pings.
                d) We do not understand what to do with this connection. Surprisingly, our next door neighbour are dealing with the same Alliance Broadband connection serviced by one HA Block operator which never fails, and they are highly satisfied, no wonder.
                e) I appreciate Alliance broadband helpline for contacting me to verify the status of connection. But since I was in the office I could not give them the correct feedback regarding the connection
                e) Please look into it so that we may have a clear & sound broadband connectivity with zero complaint.

                Whenever I start playing online on my PS4, first it's works great with almost no lag but within a hour or two, it automatically logs out and the sign in page is unavailable. Then I have to wait for more 30 minutes, and the sign in page is again available. This is not supposed to be so. Such a bad service!
                DO SOMETHING TO SOLVE THIS!!
                I have tried doing recharge of starter pack but it's showing failed after debited the the money from my account,

                  Basically alliance is a thief. They very smart thief. I'm using the connection for a long time. Previously i did not face this kind of issue. From last 1.5 years i'm facing issue. Every month i renew my package and after few days of renew line starts dropping. But when the package expired (E. G. Package expired on 26.07.2017) on 27.07.2017 i found that there is no drop on the line.

                  *miracle* isn't it!!

                  It's smart to grab money without giving any service.

                  I called them to report the issue. They told me somebody will call me after few mins but luckily nobody called me. Latest issue starts from 08.07.2017 and my package expired on 26.07.2017. From 27.07.2017 there is no dropping on the line.

                  Sounds awesome right!!!

This problem is not for the first time this happen 15 days in a month if this happen like this then i am sorry that i had to quit groom the alliance services and i had to choose some other services for better services i hope that you will take this seriously so please repair the services so that i can finish my work on time

                      I purchased a game recently for online & multiplayer gaming but i'm unable to as it says connection to hoat failure.. I searched the issue about this & found out that the game uses port81 for hoating & after port chechking i found out that my isp has been blocked from port81. Care to explain what is this going on as one my friend with same isp is able to play but not me?

                      Alliance has been giving a little bit satisfying internet connections but past 2 months its nothing but a 2-g connection which sometime by mistake move into 3-g speed ..if you are seeing this please improve the connection in kestopur or be ready to face a suit in consumer forum court ..

                        Sir, for the last two month i am not getting an interrupted internet connection. For that i made several appeal to them to correct the fault so that i can avail the facility of surfing according to my package. But all my appeal to them has got to exile & they now tell me that we are conveying it to the local operator. The local operator says the he can not do anything. So i the meantime when the package expired they compelled me to recharge saying that untill & unless you recharge we can not do any correction. Like wise it is almost two months that i am getting cheated. Please help me & others to get ride of these.

                        Your technical team not solving the net problem and whenever there is a complain about network failure, eventhough there was common (mass) network failure, the technical team instead of talking to the local operator they just simply harash the individual who complain about the network failure.

                          Internet was stopped on 5th july for violence in basirhat. I stay in duttapukur and having pincode 743248. Today is 14th july and still the connection is stopped. The authority said that from 13th july we can access internet but it's not happened. But every other internet providers are providing there connection except alliance and also they are not cooperating by telling when the service will be restored.

                          Please check the problem and assist in getting internet service.

                            Internet was stopped on 5th of july due to the political turmoil in basirhat. But we stay in rajarhat and having pincode of 700135 and its far from basirhat. Today is 14th july,
                            Every other internet service provider is providing service except alliance and also they are not cooperating by telling when the service will be restored.

                            Please assist in getting internet service asap.

                              Your service provider refused to provide connection to my place in kidderpore even though all my documents were proper. Refused to give me a valid reason as well even though they provide internet services to many households in my area. Completely unprofessional!!!
                              If all my documents are proper at least give me a valid reason for refusal.

                                Every night net connection is disconnected at around 0000Hrs and the service resumes next morning. At night i can't even complaint as a result this problem goes unnoticed. On pinging it shows request timed out and destination host unreachable. Next morning automatically they resume service. Strict actions is required. On complaining next day they dont take any action as by that time the service get resumed.

                                Every night around 12:30 to 1:00 am internet shows limited connectivity although I'm the only one using the internet so no overload issue. It stays until morning. Please fix this asap

                                  I am a consumer of Alliance Broadband net connection. This is to let the forum know that it has been more than two days now that my internet connection has been distributed by Alliance. Even after lodging complaint there has been no action taken to resolve the issue.

                                  Such is the poor service of this provider that even the customer care executives are complete unprofessionals.

                                  I would urge the forum to take necessary action in this regard.

                                    Every Saturday night Chandan the local cable operator switches off my Net Connection and goes home with his phone switched off. Entire Sundays I don't receive net. Even on Monday morning it doesn't come till they open their office at Noon. I don't receive internet connection on an average 8 days a month as a result.
                                    On top of that he charges Rs 45 maintenance fees and takes Rs 620 a month.

                                      I had taken an internet connection from alliance broadband through local cable tv operator ezyvision in ia block, salt lake, kolkata, with the hope that they will provide reliable internet service. The speed to their internet connection was good. However, just a after installation, it drizzled a bit and the connection showed its ugly face. Data transmission became extremely slow, with intermittent disconnection. The technical support personnel blamed my new dlink router for the problem and asked me to connect directly to pc. When that too did not solve the problem, they asked me to wait for a few hours for the problem to solve. It did solve the next day, when the sun was shinning brightly. This kept on continuing and even the local cable franchisee kept on blaming my router. They even said that their internet connection was meant to be used directly on pc and not through router. I tried to reason with them that how could it work smoothly when it was not drizzling, but they stuck to their point. Then, one day it rained a lot and the connection stopped working for more than 2 days. The customer care asked me to wait for a few days for service to return to normalcy! Sensing great trouble, i decided to call it quit.

                                      The local franchisee personnel were very rude and did not feel it necessary to provide continuous, uninterrupted internet service. They did not feel that some of the users are heavily dependent on internet service. They think that once they receive the payment for a particular month, it is up to them to maintain the standard and / or continuity of service. I have given 1 mark for connection reliability and service & support, because there is no option for awarding 0 marks in any field.

                                      I shall advice everyone not to subscribe to alliance broadband internet service.

                                        My name is zulfekar ahmed, address 262/7 west chowbhaga kolkata-700100, client i. D-[protected]. I am using allaince broadband from past many years but earlier i have not faced such issues regularly. Nowadays i am facing the internet problem every week. Kindly fix the issue regarding my internet issue. I am not getting internet sign on my wifi router.
