My I'd is kamals_incon is not working since last three days. I have inform the same to local your representative but they are not giving any importance it. They did not get any time to sent any expert to my home. This is not first time I have faced such situation a lot of time. Today I called your representative 8 times but yet not get any service from your end. Please do the needful any sack such inefficient employees otherwise it will be bad effect on you.

    I am a new customer of alliance broadband. I have installed and started the connection for not even one month.

    I am getting no internet connection from 30th august, 2016 probably from 10:00 pm onwards. Till now, internet connection is shown limited. I have called in the toll free number[protected] repeatedly, but no response.

    I immediately request for the repair. If the matter is unsolved for more than 24 hours, i will ask for refund, or else i can go to the consumer forum.

    Hope to get a response soon from the site.

      Hi, I'm a resident of Siliguri (recently shifted here from Kolkata).My parents have been using Alliance for about a year due to its excellent service (I insisted them to go for it because of its service there in Kolkata) but the service provided here is pathetic. The said person "Kamal" does not respond to any of the phone calls. Also my parents are senior citizens and the few times they talked to him they were ill treated and misbehaved by him. There are times when a month or 2 went by without any net connection and there is no one to respond to even after full payment. Recently as I shifted here there have been no net connection again and this time I'm seriously thinking of changing the service provider. Kindly look into it or else we will have to leave the said connection for good.

        For the past two months, i'm having trouble connecting to the internet on sundays and mondays. when i call the person who is in charge (mr. bapi: [protected]) he says the office is closed on sunday so nothing can be done and on monday net connection is available but with pathetic speed. when i call the tollfree number ([protected]) they just tell me that technical team will get back to me but they dont.
        And there was no internet avaialble from 21.08.2016 to 23.08.2016 (and counting)

        Whenever i say its company's fault, they put the blame in my wifi router which works perfectly fine.

        They take advance payment and recently i upgraded my plan from starter to zoom and i dont see any increase in speed whatsoever.

        I think there is some fault in the connection which needs to be repaired and they are reluctant to do that.
        Please look into the matter and ask them to resolve the issue as soon as possible,

        Internet is very important for me as a student. i need to watch video lectures every day and bad speed and connectivity is hampering my preparation.

          I am using alliance broadband and for last few days it is not working. I am following up continuously, but though they dont resolve it. Whenever i am calling, customer care always saying we have notified hub and local operator and requesting me to wait for sometimes. But thik look never ending problem and very annoying to deal with alliance customer care. And as far i know neither they are going to extended my service or return my money back. Hence request forum to take action against them and help me. Thanks!

            Dear sir. I have requested airtel customer care stating a new broadband connection for my residence on 21.7.2016 i'd is [protected]. It was told that within 1 week you will get connected. Today more than 22 days past there is no call back or update from airtel. Some local vender told me all lines are chocked so you can't get connection.
            Was this we response expect from airtel a superbrand market leader in telecommunications industry.
            Still awaiting for reply.

              I had switched from bsnl broadband to asianet broadband two month ago for cctv purposes. It seems i have made a mistake after listening to the responses from the asianet broadband customer care. Ports 80, 8000, 554 are the default ports to be opened up for the dvr to stream videos through the internet. E dns port is not open which blocks the camera application from accessing the dvr. After repeatedly contacting the customer care and personally asking representatives at darshan channels agency of asianet broadband, thattarambalam office in mavelikara, it seems every effort has gone null. Delays in reply and inefficiency among employees were extreme.

              Hence, i have decided to take matters at a more serious level. I am leaving back to the gulf for residential purposes. I wish to know your response. I wish to proceed legally hereafter. I humbly requesting you to take the matter seriously and awaiting for your response.

                Pathetic customer service with utter disregard for customer satisfaction.
                I've been facing connection problem since this whole month and even when i ask the customer care executives to send their certified engineer to oversee and resolve the issue at my premises they simply refuse and say it's up to the local isp to handle premises visit. The local operator does not have the sufficient man-power and would lie to me everytime i call. They've provided me with LAN ethernet cable connected to a switch instead of coaxial/fibre optic cable and now they want an extra Rs.1500 to replace the cable inspite of the fact that i've provided installation charges already.
                This is rather gross and inconvenient and compels me to consider leaving Alliance services soon.

                I called to Customer care but they Always told me that plz wait we will gives it very soon.. but they not... This very bad connections .. they promise 1.25 mbbs at rs of 786 but they give me only 0.645 Mbbs speed...
                They are bloody cheater. ...

                  My locality is tollygunge fadi, kolkata-700033. the service provider of alliance here is charging 50/- extra for any bill plan as monthly basis. this is inappropriate. customer service executive says it is not their concern as the alliance broadband receive only the stated amount for every tariff plan.

                  On the behalf of the company the service provider taking extra amount and the company says its not my concern. hence here is a serious issue that should be resolved asap.

                  If not, legal action is only way to resolve thereby jeopardizing company's goodwill.

                  Inspite of paying for a package which claims to deliver a speed of 1.5 mbps at all times, I am constantly receiving speeds of less than 500kbps. I have the test results of a few internet speed tests to back my claims.

                    My first complaint is that, why don't you investigate pre-requisites for the local service provider? like whether the lsp has the proper infrastructure or not like 24 hrs supply.
                    Many a times i have observed that, there is no connection at my house, when i contact the lsp, he says there is no electricity. is it my fault that there is no electricity?? why don't the lsp keeps an inverter in order to have 24 power supply??
                    We are paying for 24*30 hrs=720hrs. i have estimated that in a month on an average 1hr connection is cut down, whether is due to lsp infrastructure or any reason, so it is almost 30hrs. that is we are paying for 30 days but getting connection for 28 days..

                        This is inform to that actually i'm using alliance broadband for last 5 months its was getting very poor speed last 3 dayss also i'm using d-link router and my user name is 'khatua_narama' & ip address is-'172.19.220.209'. And docket number id "21377"
                        When i'm using to connected d-link wifi router in my login it'srepeatedly opened in your home page on my mobile 📱almost time showing entered id & password which was you also providede that however if i had same id & password entered my laptop it was no problem why don't' know that same problem i had not able to connect to homepage in my handset 📞 (Samsung j7) and it's showing 'wrong password', after that i was try to contact to help line number [protected] and call back my number for better assistance also i will say that he told me that if sent mail your mail id for this particular issue dn it will solve this problem, hence please look into matter immediately also help out this problem and call back my same today as soon as possible setup auto login process and resolve this matter..

                            I went out of town last month on 4th of june 2016, so i said alliance not to recharge my tariff that day and i came vack at 13 so i asked on 12th june 2016 to recharge my tariff, but on 4th july yesterday i found out that my account has been suspended and i need to recharge my account n 4th of july 2016, i thought its a easy problem and i can say them their mistake and it would be back to normal so i called customer care who picker up the phone after many tries and the guy said "who do you pay money, not me, so dont ask me to listen to you" and after saying this he disconnected the call!!! if i was there i would slap in his face!! i am looking for a way to sue them for "maanhaani" case!!

                              Internet has not been working since yestrday morning. I have kept waiting but the internet service has sropped working.I have called both the customer service numbers today to get help but nobody answers the phone.                                 From last 15 days i have been complaining that i am not getting any internet service. The official they had send across had deleted the drivers from my laptop and didn't do anythng to solve my problem. I have not even been given any individual line. My service providers name is regent park broadband & alliance services pvt ltd. After continuous follow ups they are just not solving the problem. If this complaint also will not be of any help then the next step would be to go to consumer court.
                                Looking forward to a response.

                                  Alliance broadband network outage issue

                                  I am a regular user of alliance broad band basic basic plan - area - baguiati, local operator - feeling cable tv.

                                  Every month they have a network outage of at least 2-3 days during which the internet does not work and they do not provide quality service / support to ensure restoration of the service within a day.

                                  Last month my internet service was disrupted for more than 6 days and there was neither any communication...

                                  Recently i took alliance broadband connection with 1.5 mbps package. I don't see any issues with browsing but download. I have horrible experience. Hardly i get 100 kbps during download. I contacted several times their technical support but they don't why and falsely blaming my router. Who is in this world use lan connection. Sorry to say kolkata is way behind other big city so as their isps. God bless these isps.

                                    I am using Alliance broadband for long time . i have invoice history from 2012 and all i have captured already . my invoice date is fluctuating year by year, month by month in a random basis . i am paying for a whole month every time and i am not getting the services for the whole month every time . i have been cheated for long time . and there local customer service is worthless . most of the time there is not a single technician in their office to solve our problem or to attend us. i need compensation now . i need help badly, as i am being a loyal consumer for such a long time . Now i need explanation and also compensation for this mess i am facing for such a long time .

                                      Dear alliance broadband provider, i am using fiber optic internet cable broadband connection from local cable operator in sky broadband, mollarpur, birbhum. I use pace pack worth - rs. 500+ 14.5% tax= rs. 572.50 and i am getting speed 800kbps brandwith, 1.5 mbps happy hours. It's ok. 2 or 3 month ago i found a site "torbox.Net" this site utorrent download speed very well and i was happy. But 5 deys ago i open "torbox.Net" site face a problem "ooops!
                                      There's no current information regarding your location. Please try again later." and also "your isp is not a member of the. Peering network." and my utorrent
                                      Download speed is normal. I contact my local sky broadband operator the con't help me.
                                      Please help me to open "torbox.Net" and utorrent download speed back. Thank you. (My english not well sorry for this)
