Hi Team, Again today it's down now for last 30mins. Now every day if it's down for some hours why I pay for the connection??? Can someone look into it seriously. This is ridiculous. Last 10days more than 70hrs outage. Alliance services all over Kolkata & I have friends in many place who uses this & they hardly face this kind of issue what I face in this area. Can you check with your local operator & ask them why so many outage????     Hi Team, This is to inform you that last 15 to 20days i am facing pack drop issue with my internet connection and i have inform local operator as well as your CCE but no solution comes to me. its very pathetic impression about your company. hope you will look into this matter. one more thing that your customer care executive and Resolver executive have so much attitude they dont have manner how to handled customer. Note: why you dont have any senior contact number or mail address? where we can directly complain for such issue as well as share documented evidence.

      Hi Team, 4th time Internet down in last one week, is it the kind of service we expect. Rain & lightning a part of of life, but any issue post lightning if team require 12hr to 24hrs to resolve then it shows poor quality support from Alliance team. Today local team updated me before tomorrow after it can't be resolved, why????? Not only this for alst 2hrs I am trying to log a call & I called Toll free number 36times but it came busy 33 times & 3 times I am able to ring the bell but no one picked up the call is more surprising, so not only poor support but very poor call logging system, can't imagine how you provide Internet service like this. Do you really want to solute the issue, if not please let me know I will look for alternate options along with my entire housing people (we have many connections here). Note : I am surely eligible for a waiver as not able to use it for 4 business days, hence process the waiver to my account. Thanks & Regards Indranil Chatterjee [protected]

        In our area Kestopur 3 no. Camp, it is our daily routine to experience disconnection of Alliance Broadband Service. Please try to improve service. We are paying recharge fees for 30 days a month but get full service for hardly 10-12 days. Why this callousness? Please look into the matter & provide a permanent solution asap. Thank you.

          I am using Alliance Broadband in kolkata.But face iregular service always.Customer care only for take request, not give permanent resolution. Net connection always disconnect in two -three days and it take 12 hr to get connection.We have to compliane for that in every two days .

              Username: ms190_mb Pincode: 700014 Registered no.: [protected] Conntact no.: [protected] (Present) Docket no.: 28532 Sir, I want to know why my internet does not connect after 12:30 AM, as my HAPPY HOUR is wasted almost all night and morning till 10:30 AM. Last day, I couldn't book my Railway Ticket, and today I need to book it in any case. I have lodged a complain and got the Docket number, but haven't received any call from Alliance Broadband yet, even after calling your toll free number a couple of times. I don't understand what's wrong with you Service.. I request you to resolve this problem as soon as possible, and make sure it doesn't occur again.. Thank you.!

              Its been 3 hours almost and haven't got any call from the Broadband Service. Why is it so slow?
              Yes Adil, I am facing similar issue usually no internet connection at night and mostly it give 'request timout' other time.

                Several times complaint has been logged to service desk but no useful help has been provided yet till date. Few of the docket number for reference are 14334, 14375, 14427, 15630 and final one 21983. Either I get request time out issue most of the time, There are always 10% to 25 % packet lost. And also get 'designation host not reachable' issue that usually start at night just before happy hour and remain unconnected till morning. Since the day i have taken connection I am getting these issue, its already been almost 3 weeks and no support provided by technical team. Answer I get is 'We have already forwarded it to local", but when I ask local they respond to contact Alliance customer care. No one have physically visited the location and checked the problem yet. There can be loose connection from the point they are supplying. Please help!!

                  Hi, I'm using your broadband service from last few months in my home and also applied for my office because of it's good speed. But from last month it's speed has gone down words. I asked for service to the nearest service office & they advised me to submit a complaint on the toll free number. I did as they said. But unexpectedly I didn't have any service. Again on the very next day I did the same thing & waited for service but unimaginable these also same(didn't have any service). So I decided to disconnect the connection & also from my office, adding to those who are having your connection on my opinion & from my friend circle, because they also frequently have the same problem. I hope after reading this complaint you will provide good quality of service to the rest of your customers. Thanking you Samya Saha

                  i am using this service since years always had a problem with the speed and service but from last 40 days i am not getting the service properly, maximum i get the service for an hour or two in a entire day . I am sick and tired of complaining to the local broadband provider and as well as to the company technical department but none of them are taking care of it .

                      My broadband connection has not been working properly since Sunday afternoon and so I lodged a complaint at the local office on Monday. However, till today (friday) my connection is yet to be restored. I also lodged a complaint at Alliance office where they gave me complaint doc#5761. Nevertheless, still no effort from their end. All their technicians attend office between 11am to 5pm and so the office bearer asks me to somehow manage the situation because the technicians can't work beyond their time limit irrespective of my repeated requests. Additionally, these has been a regular practice where I have to wait for one week to get my connection repaired. Also, the technicians have no clue why the same problem occurs every month. The only reason I am still sticking with this filthy service because there is no other broadband service provider in the area. Their customer service is a shame for the service provider community where they ask the consumer to manage their time so that they can serve you. I am utterly awestruck at their audacity.                       It is Saturday and I called them and awaiting their incompetent technicians since 11pm. But still no sign of them. It is very frustrating as I find myself helpless at the hands of such irresponsible people.

                        I am Sourav Debnath from Chandannagar and my username is debnath_ambc. After installing alliance the 1st month was really good. But the problem started from the second month. Though there is no heavy rain or storm, even in pleasant weather the connection to the server gets disconnected. I have complained several times to the Alliance CC but the problem remains same. Third party LCO (ambc cable) says that it is your (alliance) problem. Whenever this type of problem occur I always ping the Gateway and IP and surprisingly everytime there is a problem in the gateway ping but no problem in the IP ping. Please find a solution as soon as possible otherwise I will be unable to complete my project works for the semester.

                        Sourav, I am Anirban from Baidyabati. A few months ago, already I use Alliance with Third party LCO ( AMBC Cable ). Terrible service, If disconnect they solve it after 1 or 3 or even 11 days ! Believe me. They use second hand switch and router & do not allow router for home. But now I am enjoy a faster & reliable Internet with fiber optic & Fiber To The Home(FTTH) technology.

                          intermittent services and appalling customer service

                          i HAVE BEEN USING ALLIANCE BROADBAND SERVICES FOR THE PAST ONE AND A HALF YEARS NOW, ONLY OUT OF COMPULSION. THEIR SERVICES ARE INTERMITTENT THROUGHOUT THE YEAR, DURING THE MONSOON ESPECIALLY. THEY CLAIM THAT THERE IS DISRUPTION DURING THE MONSOON HOWEVER THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING ABOUT IT. I WAS IN MUMBAI FOR THE LAST 8 YEARS AND HAVE USED AT LEAST 5 DIFFERENT PROVIDERS, BUT THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED. ALLIANCE ALSO REFUSES TO OFFER ANY...

                          I had installed your (Alliance Broadband) by third party KBCPL where my user Id asitd_sssn & IP address 172.17.95.93 But it is very unfortunate that your third party behave is very uncivilised & non cooperative & they have disconnected Broadband due to one day delay payment reason I was out of station for my service & had no option for rearranging the payment within that time. I have request them several time but they have treated as very rude behave. If it is possible please arrange any other option for continuning your service.

                            From 30-Apr-2015 my alliance broadband is not connecting and when connecting to gateway it's giving Request Time Out. I called [protected] 3 times and submit docket, but i have not get any help from them. They told to contact local support team and i called the local support team at least 10 times in these 2 days, but they also can't able to solve this matter. I generally have to do important office related works which is hampering from yesterday and if i will not get any fruitful solution for this problem, then i have to withdraw my alliance broadband connection for sure as i can't hamper my office work for this issue. My broadband user id is 'ashis_vc'. Please help or suggest me how to get fruitful result for coming out from this issue. Ashis Pyne

                                Called customer care today morning. None of the pages were opening in my system(even google) Customer care asked me to wait for 5mins, then called again, asked me to wait for 30mins, then 1 hour and then it can't be solved by today itself, have informed local operator. Local operator Operator said it's afternoon time we cant solve it now, provide me customer care no. and asked me to contact. Customer care Called, they told we can't do anything, our work is to inform only(then who'll resolve?). If you are not satisfied you can leave this connection(rudely). Local operator called local operator, same as customer care. My work got stuck still morning, almost 5hours gone no one is taking responsibility even not responding properly. Very bad and frustrating experience.

                                i have 2 alliance broadband connection..there was no link upto 3 days...many tym i call care, , bt they cant solve my prob nd cut the call//, , i decide to case on alliance..on consumer court...

                                  I am a Alliance customer, for last 10 months .. from Chandanagore ( pin : 712137 ) My full address : 52 Hazrapara lane, p.o Gondalpara, P.s chandannagore ..( my Phone no :, [protected]) For the last few months i am facing a repeated problem of huge ping loss ... ( Below picture is attached )...i have tried many ways 2 solve this problem .. but still none of this have still work out yet ... i have complained our operator, customer service, Even Chandannagore Main Hub ...but still today few mint ago i have faced the same problem..& it is really causing me a lot of problem, as i have 2 do a lot of online payment work& i play lot of online games ..&; now i am tired of complaining about this ... plz help I will really glad if you look after this matter sincerely ...                                     4 days continuously Internet not working, calling 10 times a day, they don't receive 7 times, and say we'll look into it. When called again, taunting me for no reason, and still Internet not working. I request to everyone, do not buy Alliance !

                                      I, Anirban Patra, a user a Alliance Broadband..My Id- anirbanp_drm It is a prepaid connection.But out of every 30 days I can use the internet connection only for 15 to 20 days.When I asked them to return my money they refused it. This is going on month after month and they do not eager to improve their service.. So I want to complain against this internet sevice provider.
