    My broadband services gets disrupted frequently and customer care redirects me to local cable operator who doesnt answer calls either by me or even by customer care. At times Im left without service for more than 24 hours and no compensation ether monetary or value is ever offered. Currently my broadband isnt working since 8th September 2020 and they gave me a docket id 1097. This would like a compensation of some sort.

    Update: Spoke to their local cable operator through whom they distribute their service on [protected].
    I was informed even after 5 days services will remain disrupted INDEFINITELY since Im on cat5 connection and cat5 switches are supposedly unavailable in the market.

    Furthermore I am being BLACKMAILED to switch to their fiber optic connection to ensure services are restoration instantly.

    So ultimately it could be 2 days or it may well be 10 days or more that I will be without service OR COMPENSATION.

    Note: Just wanted to know apart from sending them sweet emails, what stand can consumercomplaints.in adopt in such a situation?

      Hi team,

      I am using alliance broadband service. I recharge for 750+ rupees.. I am supposed to get 70 mbps speed.. But getting 3-4 mbps download speed.. After doing lot of follow up issue never resolved. They just don't bother about customer experience..

      They simply keep on telling their technical will call... No call no resolution.. I am really frustrated.. 2 g speed far better than that.. What about our money??

        This is to inform you that I am using alliance broadband from few days back.But I never expect such a bad service from any network provider..due to pandemic I used to work from home but If a LITTLE RAINFALL Start then THE INTERNET CONNECTION WILL CUT... DON'T KNOW WHEN IT WILL RESTORE... YESTERDAY AT 5 PM THE NET WAS CUS ND STILL NOW ITS NOT RESTORE DONT KNOW WHEN IT WILL RESTORE...I KNOW YOU PEOPLE DONT CARE ABOUT THAT...BUT I LOVE MY JOB..SO PLEASE DO AT YOUR LVL BEST..

        AND 1 MORE THING... PLEASE CHAGE YOUR TOLL-FREE NUMBER..ITS NOT WORKING..ITS for 24x7 service So IF IT NOT WORKING PLEASE REPLACE THAT...

        I NEED MY INTERNET BACK WITHIN 9 AM.. CAUSE I NEED MY WORK TO DO...SO PLEASE DO NEEDFUL...

          Starter plan around rs 600 recharge done 4 days back on 3rd september 2020, 1st day excellent performance 2nd day speed is so bad that even mobile internet is much better. From monday 7th september 2020, my online classes has been started and i am doing with my mobile internet. With alliance internet i am not able to hear teacher voice and no image of anyone except my image. Overall the cable operator took rs1800 where rs1200 for connection and rs600 for recharge. Who says alliance internet is good. May be this happen with the person who involve for giving cable. They are using my internet and the rest exhausted one is coming to my home. The only thing i will do to keep this on god... This is near by beniapukur police station, kolkata

          Today 6days pass away after recharge, but still the worst connection..today again doing my online class through mobile internet with extra money recharge

            My complain is about change of cat5 utp to optical fibre connection, local operator is asking 2000, even i have my own onu and router, while my friend has changed it for free in kalighat location, i work at hathway cable and datacom pvt. Ltd as a optical fibre technician. I am unable to recharge because of this issue. Also in my location there are no secondary option to get other connection.

                  Very frequently internet services interrupted and take more then 20 hrs to restore. In Maximum cases local connection error is shown. I am availing the Alliance broadband service through Pragati Communication, Rabindrapally, Kestopur, Kolkata 700101. Hope the problem will be addressed efficiently.

                    I'm facing Internet link issue since 2 weeks. Connection is very slow and also observed continuous ping drop while pinging Alliance gateway. I complained several times and every time I got assurance that my problem will be resolved soon. Alliance customer care response is very good and always promising. But the issue is not being resolved. My work from home and child online classes are getting hampered. Pls help

                        Since last 45 days, what happend I don't know there is frequently disconnected, no gateway ping, after 10-15 mins, automatically connected and again after 40-45 mins same issue apear packet loss and ping drop to alliance network.

                        Complain again and again to local service provider SRP as well alliance.
                        Issue not resolved.

                          Ping problem

                          The broadband in malda is very poor connection is constantly fluctuating such as in playing games like pubg the ping is okay but its lagging don't no why many of said its alliance server problem so please fix it just watch the video attached you will know what i am saying...

                          I have contacted several times to the service... They said they will fix it... And it may get fixed for some time but again next day same problem... Do i have to call them and ask for temporary fix every day? And i pay for the starter plan which comes with 60mbps.. Enough for my gaming needs.. But now days i don't even get that speed which i pay for!!!.. The packet loss is not constant through out the day... But it comes daily which really irritates me.. Please upgrade your hardwares in my area also no one provide me fiber connecting after asking for serval times.. When my friend lives in same area got the fiber connecting who brought the new connecting after i recommended him, why is that?

                            Since last three months what happend I don't know there is way much packet loss and ping drop to alliance network, I am an old customer of alliance and I never had any issues regarding internet speed packet loss ping one of the best connections, but I think alliance lost it's potential, I don't know what has happened never felt so disappointed, even my mobile network is much stable than alliance.Had also changed to optic fiber complaint many times about this problem to local ISP but I think they do not know anything about why is this happening. I am very sorry to say I think need to change my ISP.

                                There is no internet service since the past two days. The user id is renug_sl. I have called the local internet office but they have been looking into it since forever now. This happens very frequently. Once they tried to even sell me a new router saying that there's something wrong with the one that I have and it had barely been a year since I got it, and all this was for complaining about the the connection issue. Luckily I didn't fall for that made up stuff because my router was working fine. I renewed my data pack about a week ago and now I can't use the services for the past two days.Kindly look into this.

                                  It has been 3 months that i have been using Alliance broadband in Kharagpur. Initially i took the 100MBPS pack from operator but IT WAS OF NO USE!!! Maximum speed was 18MBPS. The operator suggested to change the router for getting better speed, did that also but WAS OF NO USE!! Finally had cut down the pack to 50MBPS and guess the speed!!! It is 1.5MBPS r. Informed the customer care multiples times but they have been ‘WORKING ON THE ISSUES SINCE LAST THREE MONTHS’. If this service provider would have begged for money, i would have donated them but cheating the consumers is simply not acceptable!

                                    Getting a speed of 1 mbps but paying for 60mbps. This problem is from last two months but despite of several complaints no proper action has been taken. Always i need to justify myself infront of my seniors just because this network never allows me to work properly. Even though the problem gets resolved it will last for max 2 days and again the same problem persists. Worst broadband connection i have ever came accross. Totally helpless and frustrated with this network.

                                      I recharged pace+ plan of alliance in which they say 50 mbps speed will be offered. But i am getting about 2-5 mbps in speed test most of the time even on lan.
