Every day around 10 pm connection is not present. Lco did not pick up the call. This is happening consecutive 3 days .everyday connection restores automatically around 10am .do alliance take recharge amount for 12 hrs a day??? I need this resolve this issue by tonight. This is 3rd day i am not able to work properly due to this.lco charged 4.5k and given mc instead of onu while instalation done . If it is not resolved by today night i will file complaint in consumer court for harrasment and failure of promised service and take legal action as needed .

    Even after repeated complaints, the internet connection is poor and horrible. They should provide a 60mbps connection. However, the internet speed comes down to less than 10mbps all the time. It disconnects several time during the day when there is not internet at all. Even basic audio connections don't get through when the connection is terrible

      Please follow my complaint sent to you through my email dated 10-11-20.Ticket no- AAAA-AAAA-3936, USER ID- ankita115_nl, registered mobile number- [protected]
      No reply from your end yet.
      Although I have paid INR 767 on 1st Nov 2020 still my connection was disconnected by local operator on 9th Nov 2020 forcefully without any prior intimation. Please look into the matter as soon as possible and revert back since I don't have any internet till date. It has been already 4 days no action has been taken on this. I would request to resume my connection or else please refund the amount paid for November month subscription.

          I have asked the local operator many times in last few months to give a connection in my home. I am ready to pay the installation charges and already purchased the router on my own. But the local operator is avoiding me and not giving the connection.

            Dear sir,

            We dont have proper street lights, roads in the below area. During normal and rainy season it is very difficult to walk with kids and elderly people.

            Kindly arrange street lights atleast to walk, now a days lot of robberies are happening in this area

              I am getting a poor return on investment. I never fail with the payments but the services provided by alliance broadband are hopeless. I am not even able to send emails. The work mode has changed from offline to online but with this disappointing speed, I am lacking behind in my job. There is also a careless attitude shown by the operators and customer care executives.

                  More than 3 month i have facing everyday ping loss problem after promise me with in 7 days this problem will completely solve but in reality nothing is done being a consumer / customer from year 2012 what privilege did company given to me this every day 5-9 percent ping loss till night 1 am.
                  Fraud company never believe them

                    I live in tavarekare, bengaluru. I requested for an airtel broadband connection on 19th of september. An airtel representative arrived at my place and collected the activation fee within 2 hours of making the request. However, i received a message from airtel the next day stating that due to feasibility constraints, they will not be able to provide me a connection and tha a refund will be initiated soon. It's been a week and i still haven't received my refund. The airtel customer support executive hung up on me and refuses to answer my calls. Please help me out here. The connection request and acivation fee + 1 month bill was paid on 19th september 2020. The request number is : [protected]

                        My broadband services gets disrupted frequently and customer care redirects me to local cable operator who doesnt answer calls either by me or even by customer care. At times Im left without service for more than 24 hours and no compensation ether monetary or value is ever offered. Currently my broadband isnt working since 8th September 2020 and they gave me a docket id 1097. This would like a compensation of some sort.

                        Update: Spoke to their local cable operator through whom they distribute their service on [protected].
                        I was informed even after 5 days services will remain disrupted INDEFINITELY since Im on cat5 connection and cat5 switches are supposedly unavailable in the market.

                        Furthermore I am being BLACKMAILED to switch to their fiber optic connection to ensure services are restoration instantly.

                        So ultimately it could be 2 days or it may well be 10 days or more that I will be without service OR COMPENSATION.

                        Note: Just wanted to know apart from sending them sweet emails, what stand can consumercomplaints.in adopt in such a situation?

                          Hi team,

                          I am using alliance broadband service. I recharge for 750+ rupees.. I am supposed to get 70 mbps speed.. But getting 3-4 mbps download speed.. After doing lot of follow up issue never resolved. They just don't bother about customer experience..

                          They simply keep on telling their technical will call... No call no resolution.. I am really frustrated.. 2 g speed far better than that.. What about our money??

YESTERDAY AT 5 PM THE NET WAS CUS ND STILL NOW ITS NOT RESTORE DONT KNOW WHEN IT WILL RESTORE...I KNOW YOU PEOPLE DONT CARE ABOUT THAT...BUT I LOVE MY JOB..SO PLEASE DO AT YOUR LVL BEST..

                            AND 1 MORE THING... PLEASE CHAGE YOUR TOLL-FREE NUMBER..ITS NOT WORKING..ITS for 24x7 service So IF IT NOT WORKING PLEASE REPLACE THAT...

                            I NEED MY INTERNET BACK WITHIN 9 AM.. CAUSE I NEED MY WORK TO DO...SO PLEASE DO NEEDFUL...

                              Starter plan around rs 600 recharge done 4 days back on 3rd september 2020, 1st day excellent performance 2nd day speed is so bad that even mobile internet is much better. From monday 7th september 2020, my online classes has been started and i am doing with my mobile internet. With alliance internet i am not able to hear teacher voice and no image of anyone except my image. Overall the cable operator took rs1800 where rs1200 for connection and rs600 for recharge. Who says alliance internet is good. May be this happen with the person who involve for giving cable. They are using my internet and the rest exhausted one is coming to my home. The only thing i will do to keep this on god... This is near by beniapukur police station, kolkata

                                My complain is about change of cat5 utp to optical fibre connection, local operator is asking 2000, even i have my own onu and router, while my friend has changed it for free in kalighat location, i work at hathway cable and datacom pvt. Ltd as a optical fibre technician. I am unable to recharge because of this issue. Also in my location there are no secondary option to get other connection.

                                      Very frequently internet services interrupted and take more then 20 hrs to restore. In Maximum cases local connection error is shown. I am availing the Alliance broadband service through Pragati Communication, Rabindrapally, Kestopur, Kolkata 700101. Hope the problem will be addressed efficiently.

                                        I'm facing Internet link issue since 2 weeks. Connection is very slow and also observed continuous ping drop while pinging Alliance gateway. I complained several times and every time I got assurance that my problem will be resolved soon. Alliance customer care response is very good and always promising. But the issue is not being resolved. My work from home and child online classes are getting hampered. Pls help
