Alliance — Poor and arrogant behaviour of your service people | |||||
I used to recharge from your service people in pin-700110. But that was hassle.So i decided to recharge online. But today they cut our connection as you can see CLIENT ID:[protected] I did my recharge in advanced. And they said-I didnt recharge by cash through them so they cut my connection. Means what? They ll cut my connection if i dont recharge through them. What kind of people you guys are having? Now i want to take strict action within 24hrs. Why should i use your service as you guys can cut it anytime without a reason. There are many broadband with less hassle like jio and bsnl. Why my account service suspended. While i made my payment in advance? Your people rudely said they cut it because i should recharge through them not online. I m loyal customer of yours from 1yr. Paid money on time. If you dont take any action within 24hrs. Im going to cut my connection tommorow. And i need my money back. As i recharged and your service man cut it with a worst reason ever. I am using the alliance broadband for just a month so my prob was i paid 2days before the due date but still my connection got disconnected so just I called alliance Customer care and the person who picked up the call was very rude.he was talking to me as if he was doing a great honour to me by talking to me.he asked me my client id but somehow I couldn't hear that and instead I thought he asked my email so I told him that but the moment I told my email id he got angry and told very very rudely who told u to give the email id?then I told him to talk to me properly he was arguing that what rude behaviour has he done??then quarrel started.omg!!what type of person this alliance hire for customer care!!I really dnt know.rubbish they are.but the good part was that my local operator really helped me and sorted my prob within 10-15 mins.good people still exist on this planet...
