Amazon — Hp laptop.. order #[protected] | |||||
Hi Every one, Here is the experience I had with the Amazon.in. I have ordered a product HP laptop during sale & that product has to be delivered in two days from the day of order(excess money collected for the same), but I haven't received the product even after two weeks, after so many calls & escalations amazon has initiate a replacement(as they misplaced the actual product) for the product. I have received the product in promised time. But I have identified a problem with the DVD writer & I have requested for a replacement, this time Amazon is saying that they cant replace a replacement item (even the initial replacement was by Amazon, these people are considering that as customer requested replacement). These guys are saying that this is according to their policies.. I had the most pathetic shopping experience with amazon. I need a replacement for this faulty product, even they are saying that they will return & refund the amount..
