Amazon — I didn't get back my refund | |
Sir/mam, My name is Adarsh Pratap Singh. I have paid an amount of Rupees 399.00 to amazon through amazon UPI ( which is connected to my UCO bank) on 30/06/2021. Afterwards I returned this order due to some personal reasons on 01/07/2021. Refund for ₹ 399.00 was initiated on the same day . But the amount still hasn't reflected in my account. Amazon sent me this REFUND REFERENCE NUMBER[[protected]] and told to contact customer care. I contacted UCO customer care and also visited my branch account but i didn't get any refund yet.
