My name is doctor p vamsee krishna, recently i shifted my practice from mahabubnagar to nandyal, my corporation bank account number was [protected], i purchased a bag from amazon on march 29th by corporation bank debit card, later i closed corporation bank account on 7th april because of shifting to my native place, later i returned the bag as it was too big and not suitable for my use, amazon said that money was added to paid account and quoted transaction reference[protected] on 12th april. When i called bank people they are saying when money added to a closed account it will not get credited, it will go back to them, amazon customer care saying it got credited to the same account.
