I placed an order for Fotodiox Nikon Macro Extension Tube Set Kit for Extreme Close-up Fits Nikon Cameras (order number #[protected]. It was supposed to be delivered on 26 NOv 2016 by amazon transportation services and I was sent an sms with the contact number for delivery agent [protected] was also sent to me. Evening i got a text and email saying the delivery was attempted but premises was closed. I tried calling the number but it was switched off. The premises was not closed. Unfortunately this is the 10th such incident with amazon. I buy products on EMI, they charge additional delivery charges, the product returns without delivery and then they refund the cost price. I end up paying the bank charges, taxes and delivery charges for which there is no refund. Multiple calls to customer service (paid and toll free) and written emails result into parroted response "i understand your problem, i am escalating the issue etc etc" but no action. I have requested them multiple times to just give me the office number and address of the courier company so i can pick it up myself but they refuse to give any. So finally i end up paying for their inefficiency and unprofessionalism . Is there a way this forum can help me secure my product? Was this information helpful? | |||
