Amazon.in — Deny to refund for order #[protected] | |||||
I have place the order #[protected] on 24 may 2016 and i received the product partially defected so i raised return request on 8th may 2016 after that sellers contact me ask me to not return the product because only 1 day left from last returning date. After so much discussion he said ready to pick the product and raise a ticket for same. But after so many emails and call till now my product is not return and no refund made and reason they giving is return date is expire which is totally false. I made a request within a timeline if action is not taken it should not be customer responsibility. Now amazon also not refunding the amount and said "jo karna hai vo kar lo ab kuch nahi ho sakta" bull line. I was regret on my decision to choose amazon for shopping this is second time i faced same kind of issue. I am looking for fruitful decision. Email id: dips.
