[Resolved]  Amazon.in — Fake Product

my Order #[protected] for Dell Adapter is this. when i purchased this product it displayed a 100% genuine product along with Dell India warranty, but when i received the product it was a fake one, i filed a complaint but they only said that they will return the amount and later on they changed the advertisement on thier website and changed the price to Rs.1400 which initially was Rs.699 they asked me to ship it back for resolving i had to pay Rs.100 extra as well. the advertisement initially showed a 100% genuine Dell Adapter with Dell India Warranty for Rs. 699 so i ordered it but i was fooled later. i also have Snapshots of the advertisements. please help me through this.
