[Resolved] Amazon.in — Poor service in delivery and pick up | |||||
Dear sir, Here are 3 orders i have placed in www.amazon.in for the following things. Order #[protected] cover for redmi prime 2 Order #[protected] redmi prime 2 phone When i ordered in the website, they showed that the items would be delivered to me by friday may 20 2016. But i have not yet received any deliverable till now. Whenever i contact the customer service desk, they always check something, and tell that the item would be delivered to me, but it does not. This is a frustrating service from amazon.In, and i had other plans for the items after i receive. This has created a lot of inconvenience for me, and i would request you take this matter forward and enforce that the delivery date which they show in website is not just for fun, they have to meet it. May 22, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Amazon really took steps to arrange thee return pick up and resolved the issue. Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
